Every time I order nuggets they don’t put the sauce in the bag. I asked if management tells them to leave out the sauce and they said yes!

Didn’t even get to order. Sat in the open drive through for 10+ minutes. No one answered or anything. Ended to going to the one next to the hospital which is better.

Place was extremely busy..service was ok..food was little old and fries were cold..expected more,but it is McDonald’s after all..its a horrible how small the sandwiches have gotten over the years.and when did fast food become the same price as a restaurant minus the tip..it is fast food..but McDonald’s used to be so much more and are failing our experience of grabbing a quick bite..probably why all the prices are high.people are eating out elsewhere..don’t know if its just this location, but McDonald’s definitely should try harder..no overcooked dried out burger for me,thank you..throw it away if it sits to long..and who the heck wants cold fries..not this guy.lol

I love McDonald’s.
I’m writing this review a week after visiting this location, so this isn’t a rage post.
I went in around 10:30am and there were more employees sitting around the dining area than customers. There were approximately 15 people working, not a busy location either.
Ronald if you’re reading this- you’re being robbed by the management at this location. Tons of workers being paid to FaceTime and watch videos. The workload there does not warrant that many employees.
I never even got my food, i just left . Disgusting outside and in. The cashier was smoking butts between customers. I bet the butts in the pictures are his.
Disgusting, I wish I could give this place negative stars.

For whatever reason Leominster is home to the best McDonald’s on the earth! Double quarter pounder was nothing short of immaculate, the fries crisp, the old drivethru lady very friendly and nice.
