Bright, cozy cafe serving Spanish small plates & chocolate confections, plus wine & other drinks.

We got the Piquillo peppers (star of the night!), cheese fondue (very disappointing. The dip somehow didn’t taste cheesy and the bread was so dry and hard), and the steak empanadas (so flakey and the cream sauce was amazing), and the fruit tart (a good sweet but light way to end dinner). Overall so so good, just skip the cheese fondue

We were seated right away but only after a weird interaction upon getting there. It appeared that a host was supposed to be outside but he wasn’t when we got there. All other workers seemed to not jump into that persons spot, so it was just weird at first. The food was good other than the bread for the cheese fondue being bland. All other food was great, especially the chicken. Pricey for what we got, but good.

We had Dave as our waiter, he was amazing. It was our first time there, but don’t be our last. We are locals and this is the first place that we have been to where I can honestly say, I have a new favorite spot. We got the crab ragoons, which were next level, and the blacken fish tacos both were amazing. For dessert we had the OMG, and yes yes yes to all of it. The drinks were also as amazing as. We will be back for sure. Thanks for a great dinner, Dave was so friendly

What a fun and delicious experience! I always want room for dessert and this place was the perfect place that provided delicious dishes to share that were not too small but not to large leaving room to enjoy their well known dessert. The best part was our waiter, Hector. In a place where many tourist come through, he made our group feel like we were the only ones there! He was so informative and just a delight to have as our server. We wanted him to grab a chair and join us! Food and atmosphere was amazing but what will stick is Hectors kindness!
We went in late February and there was no line but we heard that is very rare! Also note this is a tapas place, so think sharing multiple small dishes with your group vs a dish per person. Highly recommend and ask for Hector!

Absolutely HAVE TO get the fried fish tacos ( extra red chili aioli) on every single trip to Rosemary! But if you’re hungry try the brussel sprouts or Piquillo Peppers stuffed with honey and goat cheese. This is “BEACH LIVING” at its BEST!
The decor reminds me more of a California VIBE, beautiful woodwork and classic black and white surfer pics everywhere!
They are famous for their chocolate fondue but we are in love with the hot DARK chocolate molten cake add salty and sweet caramel ice cream! Go early or late for a quick seating. It’s quaint and seating is limited when everybody is hungry after a day at Florida’s most beautiful beach! Gracious waitstaff! Lovely experience always.

Reservations are not accepted so it’s a get there and wait situation. You have a choice to eat outdoors or inside. Knowing this is the situation is helpful. U can grab a cocktail and walk down to the green space and look at the architecture and people watch. Once we were seated we ordered a bottle of wine, we picked a few items and enjoyed ourselves. Food was good, waitress was great. I’ll return.

Fun and flavorful spot for sharing plates!
Loved the tapas-style menu—everything we tried was delicious and perfect for sharing. Highlights included the Brussels sprouts, patatas bravas, Serrano-wrapped figs, crab cakes, fish tacos, and paellas. Bonus: there’s a kids’ menu and a fun chocolate fondue dessert!
They don’t take reservations, but the system is smooth—you leave your name and party size, and they text you a link to track your place in line. There was a bit of a wait, but it was well worth it.
Friendly staff, and great atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating along a scenic street near the beach—ideal for catching the sunset.
Just be aware: parking is limited, so plan accordingly.

Perfect for the whole family or date night!
The atmosphere was classy, the food came out quick and attentive service. The traditional tapas come out individually so two per person plus an appetizer was the perfect amount of food for my wife, myself & our two year old. No reservations it’s first come first serve. If you are waiting on a table you can order a drink there or at a neighboring restaurant and open carry down to the park just down the street where you can see the ocean and kids can play in the grassy pavilion.
