I have been a REGULAR Customer for 13+ years…But the place is going downhill fast The Older Indian female Mgr. Must have Alzheimers! She doesn’t remember me? In fact after I bought meals there Several times today…SHE ACCUSED ME OF STEALING SODA? REALLY??? She was Insulting me saying :”Sweetheart…next time you need to buy a Soda” What??? I had the Jack in the Box Cup I purchased!!! She is So RUDE.
Even after I reminded her I’m a Reg. CUSTOMER….SHE STILL WAS ACCUSING ME OF STEALING SODA?!!!
THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR REG CUSTOMERS??? SHAME ON YOU!!

Went there today bought the $10 popcorn big box and literally the popcorn chicken is nothing but breading and it was just sitting on top of the counter for about 20 minutes and then all they did was put the rest of the curly fries in the box that was sitting in the ready container. I’ve been here a couple of times every time I try and give them a chance but I’m not going there anymore.

Worst Jack in the Box Hemet-San Jacinto to go after hours, any day you go past midnight you will be stuck in the drive thru 30+ minutes, isn’t it the same menu all day? Because during the day service is wey faster.. I heard is a nightmare for doordashers to pick up orders from this Jack!!! Just proving a point.

We walked into the store, ordered a family meal from the app. 2 jumbo jacks. 2 junior chicken sandwiches, 4 tacos and 4 value orders of French fries. In addition I ordered 2 6 pc orders of Mozzarella sticks.
The hamburgers were cold and greasy, the chicken sandwiches were overcooked to start with and stone cold from sitting too long, the tacos were cold and mushy, the French fries cold, the Mozzarella OMG ridiculously over cooked to the point that some had obviously burst open in the fryer snd lost all the cheese, and cold so it was like eating cheese from the frig. Nothing we ordered was fresh or appetizing!! WAY BELOW JACK IN THE BOX STANDARDS!!

Customer service was horrible. A customer came in and was told that
they were out of smaller size cups that she had to purchase the bigger size. I was refused to be able to purchase a meal that was posted on the building and in front of the building that was a banner that was staked into the ground. The manager did let me get 2 of the chicken Caesar wraps. This isn’t the first time I’ve had came in and had bad customer service.

When I am at work, this is my local Jack. Good service and the dining room is always clean. I haven’t used the restroom, but I am gonna guess that they are well kept since the dining room looks very clean. The A/C inside feels great too especially with summer being just around the bend. Of course, what is there to say about the food, EXCELLENT! Jack in the Box is great for any foodie call at any time of the day or night.
