Dinner at FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar inside Mall of America was an overall enjoyable experience. The dining room feels warm, modern, and inviting, and despite the busy location, the atmosphere was calm and comfortable. Service was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed, making it a great spot for anything from a relaxed dinner with friends to a date night or business meal.
We ordered a wide range of dishes to get a feel for the menu. The charcuterie board was well composed and easy to share, and the sweet potato gnocchi was rich and comforting with great texture. The Parmesan corn-crusted walleye was crispy and well balanced, and the Elklectic smashburger delivered exactly what you want in a burger – juicy, flavorful, and satisfying. The popovers, however, were the one miss for me, arriving dry, cold, and lacking the buttery richness I was expecting.
The clear standout of the night was the Hunter’s Chop, which was hands-down my favorite dish. It was deeply flavorful, well executed, and felt like a true chef-driven entrée. Overall, FireLake offers thoughtfully prepared food, solid cocktails, and an inviting atmosphere, making it a dependable choice at MOA. I would absolutely return, especially for the Hunter’s Chop.

Wow! What a phenomenal breakfast experience at FireLake Grill House at the Radisson Blu. The shakshuka dish with smoked goat cheese, grilled sourdough and sausage was exceptional and truly could have fed 2-3 people. Our son loved his blueberry pancakes with milk and bacon – probably some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. It’s an open kitchen so he enjoyed seeing his meal being prepared!
Endless coffee. Beautiful ambience. And truly exceptional hospitality from our server Juan! Juan was so friendly and ensured our toddler man was taken care of at every part of the meal.
Pro Tips:
– Try the smoked trout on avocado toast
– Order the shakshuka dish to share with the table!

This place was AMAZING. The atmosphere was perfect, the staff was incredible, and most surprising, the food was mind blowing. We both had the filet with mashed potatoes. Then we had the apple cinnamon cheesecake for dessert. Also shared a bottle of Belle glos pinot noir dairyman 2022. We were both blown away by the food. All of it. SO so good. Then we were surprised to find two pool tables by the bar at the entrance so we played a few games and had post dinner cocktails. We’ll definitely be going back to this gem again!

I have been here twice once at the bar and the second time was for a date night, both times i had a really good experience and such good food, the wings are one of my favorite things the dry rub is soo good, drinks were amazing. For date night i ordered the steak which was very good also, I would definitely recommend this place as one of my favorites to eat at MOA!

We had a table top of 13. And they had a private event happening at same time. I was first to order, my steak obviously sat in the heat lamp and went from medium rare to well done. Risotto was fantastic. Nobody raved about food, it waa average, atmosphere was very nice. Service was good. Appetizers get the deviled eggs!

We had such an amazing time at FireLake Grill! Everything we ate was delicious – 5/5 across the board. The staff were all kind and attentive, which made the whole night even better. This was the perfect spot to kick off our wedding week, and I’m so glad we chose it for date night. You HAVE to try the Parmesan Corn-Crusted Walleye – it was incredible! Already planning our next visit.

I think this place is great. Something on the menu for everyone. Well prepared. Good ventilation so you don’t leave smelling like your food. While the service is great it is a slow pace, perhaps intended for pacing out assigned tables, not sure.

A definitive 5/5 across the board. The staff works well as a team and makes, the atmosphere is modern and open yet cozy. And the food is incredible. The prime rib popover, peanut butter pie and passion fruit entremet were life changing. If I could I would eat here every day. The food is high quality, fun, and delicious. I’m not just going to list off all the food and drinks we got that were wonderful because they all were so take a look at the pictures and go try it out for yourself!

We’ve been here several times now and it’s always a hit! The staff, firstly, is amazing. Our server was very patient with our young daughters and was so sweet to them as they ordered and showed her pictures that they drew. Incredibly kind.
The food: Cheese curds and deviled eggs are unreal. My husband doesn’t even like deviled eggs and we couldn’t decide who would get the last one. So rich and flavorful. The harvest salad with salmon is so refreshing and tasty. Last time we were there we got steaks and they were perfectly done. Our sides included Brussel sprouts and the risotto. We were losing our minds over those.
If you’re in the hotel or the area, go there!
