really wish I could give a better review, but I left very disappointed. I ordered a Rodeo burger and was told they were out of onion rings. I still wanted the sandwich with the sauce, but I was charged full price even though the main ingredient was missing. That doesn’t make sense.
On top of that, when I went to eat my wrap, I found a hair in it. My kid’s burger was supposed to be a plain cheeseburger, but it came with pickles on it. I called the next day to speak with a manager and was put on hold, only for the same person to come back on the line. When I asked what kind of manager she was (shift or store manager), she hesitated, asked someone in the background, and then told me she was a shift manager in the most unconfident way. It didn’t come across as professional, and at that point I didn’t even have the patience to explain everything.
Very disappointed with this experience.

Horrible wait time with only 4 cars, horrible staff, horrible food, missing food, cold food. Everyone at this location should be fired. I ordered a free small onion ring off the app with my meal and didnt get it. Now i have to go fight with corporate. This happened at 4pm i left the drive through at 4:32, on a friday.
I tried refunding since it was a mobile order i had to escalate on the app. They refused a refund and offered credit for the same store. I declined and explained they closed my ticket. This will be the last time i spend money here. Thank you for making it easy.

Went at lunchtime to get two chicken sandwiches with 2 fries (had a coupon). Ordered cheese on both of them at $1.50 each. When taking my order the person was very unfriendly and spoke over me. They were “out of medium cups” so I ordered a small. At the pickup window I was told to pull forward because they were waiting on the French fries. I waited 13 minutes while cars behind me were driving through with their orders. I tried to call the store twice while still waiting but no one bothered to answer the phone even though they were not busy. Eventually someone with an attitude came out and handed me the bag. I was short on time and didn’t check the bag. When I eventually opened my sandwiches there was no cheese to be found. They were on round buns with the chicken patty hanging out on both sides. Was never told that they were out of the chicken sandwich buns. Lettuce was soft, mushy and old. So now BK steals your money by not giving the food that is ordered and paid for, and handed to you with a very unpleasant attitude!! We shouldn’t have to check our food before we drive off… and then realize that they actually stole money from you! The staff needs serious training in every aspect of food service and customer service. Done with that place!! Should have gone to ChicFilA!! “My Pleasure”

Set in the drive through 15 mins…. behind a car waiting for their order.
There long enough a girl got out of the car…..went to Walgreens try to use the restroom….. could not. Came back got in the car. Then when to waffle house to use theirs. Came back was in the car a good 5 mins more.
Finally just pulled away as did another car behind me.
Poor service. Why stay open if you can not get the food out.

They deserve negative stars. Staff is unprofessional Rude bad service & hygiene at this location if u care about your health do not purchase food from this location you will have a bad experience from rude employees staff to disgusting cold food and service avoid this location at all costs if u care about your health and family. Manager name Amy Wynn was not at the location employee. Valencia was the one at the store who did not help me and could not contact the manager nor corporate nor customer support. I hope corporate comes to this location they need to give them a visit. And shut this location down.

Easily accessible from the Main Road Malabar and not far from Exit 173 W/B. Plenty of Free Parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles.
The Restaurant was clean and well staffed by friendly employees.
They offer the Standard BK Fare, I only wish that I had ordered off the grill, as by the time I got home it was barely warm. Otherwise good visit.

Nice remodeling done to this location, extra drive thru, BUT!…. The service is so bad here, inside or outside it’s sooooo slow , on multiple visits the wait is horrible and After paying, No one even came to the window to at least say, there’s gonna be a wait. I was told it’s due to being short staffed. Management needs to definitely look into this.
