William’s Chicken and Lisa’s Chicken is better than this place. Some of the stickers placed on their windows, are misleading. Please save your hard earned money and don’t waste your time either! Horrible customer service!

Great service, lady was super friendly at register. Guy was super rude yelling at my brother for sitting on table, he has a fake leg it was hurting him. He didn’t mean any harm. The booths were all tore up no where to sit while u waited for the food. Could have been nicer about it. Food was very good. Chicken was amazing!

I have several feelings on this new Time Out. Chicken was OK. Dirty rice was cool. Fries trash, pies trash, Big Bob Burger trash. Waited in line which I won’t say how long but long enough for food to been fresh 3 times over. There was this young man who totally killed the experience. He slammed the window in my face after I made the suggestion to let customers know before hand what you got so they not surprised when you have extra stuff on your menu a customer will then know not to order. Far as I’m concerned with that they could of stayed closed. I didn’t go often when they were open but today confirmed why. I keep trying with our people but we sho know we need to do better with how we do business with each other. Burntistas and Burntisters.

Best chicken wings in Omaha. Timeout has been around forever and I can say has been consistent with the quality of food you get. They’re closed Sunday and Mondays and open from 10:30-6:00 pm. If you have not been there before you have to try their double cheeseburger, crinkle fries, strawberry soda and of course fried chicken wings. Timeout does sell other pieces of chicken but their wings are big and always good. The dining room is closed and they only allow six people in the lobby at a time due to covid and they require mask.

This awesome restaurant has been around for over 50 years in Omaha Ne. There is only one location. The food is fabulous and the customer service is excellent!!! Diane, Jamar and the staff are so friendly and inviting. Best chicken in Omaha!!!!

Just moved to Omaha area, & heard so much about this place decided to give it a shot. Truly wish I hadn’t. Wasted over an hour & half in line. Woman who took order was really nice. Once I finally got the food & made it home to eat it was absolutely a let down. I don’t know if it has something to do with new owners or not. But will never eat here again.
