Food was average, service was a little below but that might have been because they were busy (took 30 min for someone to take our order..for drinks..). Atmosphere was good. Lively music amd people ha ing fun playing pool and darts.

The ribs are their signature item and seriously ya’ll, they fall off the bone. We have not tried many other things because I simply cannot bring myself to not get the ribs. They always have specials that look interesting as well.
The pool tables are well maintained from what we saw and are a reasonable price at $8/hour.

Places like this are what keeps The community great- this is not a restaurant, this is an institution that’s always been there. To some , this is just a place to eat, but to me this place is an example of the businesses that keep the area what it is- in an ever changing landscape, Draft House continues to operate and do what it does best- I grew up coming here, my mom worked here as a server for years, and I would come after school often- eventually I even had my own opportunity to work here, and my opinions on it still remain the same- while the food is good, and service was/ always has been good (even before I worked here I noticed the amazing service!) this is a place people want to work, and therefore have great service. I have so many things to say, how the experience I gained here inspired me to want a career in restaurants- how this place is the type of place to not be slept on, it’s the place to be cherished, and loved. It’s the grandpa at the dinner table who everyone loves- by dining here, you become a part of the family , not just a customer at a restaurant, it has this unique charm you can’t get anywhere else- and that is what makes draft house draft house.
While the food might be a little pricey for my blood, it’s still well worth it- the mozzarella sticks are handmade, not just a bunch of Sysco crap like most restaurants do these days, and the teriyaki chicken Kentucky wrap is the same, and also delicious. The meatloaf is also really good, and the meatloaf sandwich is delicious, actually thinking about it makes me REALLY want one. The burgers of the month are also really creative , they do some things no normal restaurant would ever think of, and it’s so interesting to see what burger they will invent next- how they come up with these ideas I will always wonder, but they are always good sounding so they are doing something right.
Anyways, go support your local institution instead of going to some billion dollar chain, help keep true culinary artistry/ JoCo Tradition
From Homemade Ranch, too Honey butter , instead of grabbing your burger at the whataburger, or any other lazy burger chain, grab you burger from here and become a part of the draft house family by just being a diner.

We dined in twice over the Christmas holiday week. Service, restaurant cleanliness, atmosphere & food was top notch! We were immediately greeted with smiles and prompt seating both times. As soon as we walked in the restaurant it smelled so clean. The food came out in a timely manner & our server was attentive and very sweet. Our family now has a new “go to” lunch/dinner spot! We’ve been coming here for years and usually sit in the bar area but this day we decided to try the restaurant side and it was really good. Mason was our server and he was very friendly and attentive. The beef tips and chicken quesadilla were both delicious. Definitely recommend.

We ordered lunch to go. It was as we ordered it I had a burger with a gluten-free bun and fries. Everything tasted delicious my husband got a Cobb salad and the chicken wings they said they were delicious. Would definitely grab lunch or dinner here again. When I was in The Establishment picking up my food I did notice that they had some really nice pool tables and it look like during the day family could come and play together.

Came in for a late dinner after pickleball and sat in the dining room. Fantastic beer selection and our food was outstanding – highly recommend the Philly cheesesteak or patty melt (and the broccoli was surprisingly solid). What made this a great experience was our wonderful server, she was so lovely and took great care of us!

Amazing bacon cheese fries appetizer! Friend dining with us had pickle chips & INHALED them. Awesome burgers. But tried the fish and would not recommend. On the whole a very good experience.

Stopped here on the way from Wilmington to Raleigh for a Hurricanes game. Hailey was our server and she was so sweet and attentive. Our food, Caesar salad with grilled chicken, Buffalo chicken tender platter and Turkey Reuben sandwich were large portions and delicious. The prices were very reasonable too! We sat on the restaurant side and enjoyed the warm fireplace. Next time my husband said he would bring his pool cues to play on the bar side. Great place that we plan on coming back to next time we are heading West on I40!
