I’ll start by saying I still enjoy the Mongolian BBQ… but that’s about it. The buffet is terrible. The price has gone up for beyond subpar food. As others have stated the staff is rude at best and inattentive and worst. This place was never a five star restaurant but it at least used to pass as a serviceable Chinese restaurant. If you eat here closer to close the experience gets much worse. Save your time and just get takeout from anywhere else.

It’s a Chinese Buffet, so when it comes rating, it’s not on the same scale as a steak house. Out of all the Chinese buffets this one is my husbands favorite. The Mongolian BBQ is really good, the chef is always attentive to your spice levels. The sushi is usually good, depending on the chef you might get some that isn’t the best quality. My favorite here is the coconut shrimp, it’s really good. I also like the bananas in the strawberry sauce for my dessert choice. If you like a Chinese Buffet this place is a must. Service is not good, but like I said it’s a buffet.

This was the worst chinese I have ever had in my life. The taste was nasty, cold, and unedible. Polish sausage was hard, chewed, and cold. The noodles were al dente no sauce. Even the fried shrimp was bad. We went during a lunch rush.

It was so good that I almost hurt myself by overeating! I didn’t even make it to the ice cream. The drink lady kept our glasses throughout our experience! Everyone was busy but that didn’t mean they were too busy for the customers. The women’s restroom was spotless. The food was cooked to perfection. It was a complete door-to-door experience. Thank you all for a wonderful meal and service. It was well worth the trip down there!!!

This is another good place that has food which is worthy enough for the money you pay. I loved the quality of food. And the buffet + drink cost around $ 14 and you have almost 20+ items to choose and I felt satisfied.

They have seating options of table, booth and a semi booth which is great. And the space is well organized so as to make the customers feel spacious.

We’re had a large group 18+ that got together after a family event and decided that this was the best place to go and able to handle a large group.

Great selection of food to choose from! My personal favorite was the Mongolian BBQ. Well worth the extra time!

The sushi bar was my next favorite. I only went through the line twice and I did not over eat! They were several from out of town so wet may the visit worth while.

I’m sure I’m going to put those on my places to return.

The food is very bland. No favor. The rice is hard. Charge alot for food tht u can get better at McDonald’s, which is bad for a sit restaurant. Not enough servers. Forces u stay longer then u want.

I go to Panda Garden several times per year, mostly for dinner, but occasionally for lunch. I never have a problem with any of the food, and the servers are always quick with beverage refills and clearing finished plates from the table. Their problem is they are too eager to close up for the night. They advertise that they stop seating for dinner at 9 p.m., with to go orders only available between then and 9:30 p.m. Unfortunately, if you show up after 8:30 p.m., expect a poor experience. The hostess will be off cleaning something and won’t be able to seat you immediately. They’ll be moving tables out of booths and running a vacuum cleaner right next to you. They’ll come tell you they’re fixing to take down the desserts, so get them then if you want them. Then they’ll come by and tell you they’re ready to take away the rest of the food. When you go to the counter to pay, they’ll already be counting out the cash register and have you wait for them to get to a stopping point.

If you run a restaurant, and you have listed operating hours, make sure all of your customers get a consistent dining experience during those operating hours. Wait until 9 p.m. to pull the hostess, and wait until 9:30 to start running a vacuum cleaner, moving tables, and start pulling food. Wait until the customers are gone before counting out the register.

Some of us don’t get the luxury of a 6 PM dinner hour all of the time, and it would be nice to get the same atmosphere an hour before closing.

Food depends on the time of day you go. Don’t expect fresh food just before close and base your rating on that. However, they do not follow the 3 hour rule when it comes to food sometimes. You can taste it for sure. But 8/10 of my times I went the food was good so I gave it 4. Service is always great. Atmosphere is beautiful, with the piano music playing and such. Remember to tip the servers.
