I went to McDonald’s the other day, and the whole experience felt unpleasant. The drive-thru wasn’t very busy, but it moved slowly.
When I got to the speaker, the employee sounded impatient and rushed me through my order. I wasn’t asking many questions or making special requests, but I was cut off mid-sentence and had to repeat one item because they didn’t seem to be listening.
At the first window where you pay, the interaction felt cold. There was no greeting, just my total. I handed over my card, and the employee barely spoke beyond telling me to pull forward. It wasn’t terrible, just noticeably unfriendly.
At the second window, things didn’t improve. I waited there for several minutes while the employee avoided eye contact and didn’t mention the delay. When I finally got the bag, it was done quickly and without any acknowledgment—no “sorry for the wait” or “have a good night.” When I checked the food, one item was missing, and the fries were already cold. The sandwich looked thrown together and wasn’t very warm.
I went inside to mention the missing item, and the response felt annoyed, as if I was causing a problem by pointing out the mistake. There wasn’t an apology, just a quick correction.
I know fast food isn’t meant to be a luxury experience, but basic politeness and accuracy matter. Between the rushed attitude, lack of courtesy, and incorrect order, it left a bad impression overall.

Breakfast until 11 one day, breakfast until 1030 the next day. They also cant figure out how to put sauce packs you pay for in a bag which I do not get as it is on the receipt they attach to the bag ♂️
I understand the frustrations of running a crew who are paid poverty wages from a global, multi-billlion dollar company whose CEO is set to make 20 million dollars this year but set a time for breakfast to end and just keep it there maybe? Please? Do it for the community.

Everytime I come to this location there is an older lady that’s usually working the drive through and I am always met with her being rude and unfriendly. Her customer service sucks. I’m not one to usually post a review but she was rude one last time like 10times worse than ever before. She took the payment said have go to the second window, start to pull up almost to the second window (the drive through had two long lines at this point) and she’s screaming it the window to come back…how? The requires the whole drive through to move back at this point and she just keeps screaming makes us move back not even blot her window and said “now get out and come here” first of all say it in a different way where is your customer service I still don’t know what the issue was but I gave her the card again and it was fine she then all of a sudden in a nice tone says “sorry about about “ and I walk away and told her have better customer service I would’ve have had that much of an issue if I haven’t had problems with her every single time I come to this location but this time was ridiculous they could’ve taken my payment at the second window they’ve done it before. She needs to do better

If you have to go to Macdonalds, drive to newberg one town over. Food is always cold, even through the drive thru. The only perk of getting fast food is it’s hot, do better guys. If I could give zero starts I would.

Since when does McDonald’s charge for condiments such as bbq sauce or ketchup. They are now saying it’s 40 cents for bbq sauce I honestly think that’s B’s. I think the guy that brought my food out was being lazy and didn’t want to bring it out to me. I then tried to. All to talk to to the manager and I am pretty sure the same guy answered the phone. He is probably a compulsive liar. He was quick witted and it just seemed like he was lying. I was in just last week and they didn’t chatge me. Be careful at this place it seems like it’s starting to hire anyone I know everyone deserves the benefit of being a good person but I have always gotten BBQ for free even if they charged for it. The service is going down hill now

I ordered two sausage biscuits on the mobile app at 10:26 AM when I arrived at 10:30 AM they said they could not honor my order because it was Because they received it at 10:30 and that’s when they stopped serving breakfast. With no mention of this in the drive-through line or the app, I was disappointed and left without my food and they did not offer a satisfactory solution to resolve this issue.
I am disappointed and refused to spend my money at this or any McDonald’s establishment until this is resolved.

Worker was super rude. They got our order wrong and gave us sprite insead of a diet dr. Pepper, and the young lady at the window literally accused us of lying? I just don’t get why, seeing as it’s an easy fix. Should’ve listened to the reviews

I was doing Uber eats and after I went to the after hour ls window , no one would answer. So I sat 20 min in the drive thru. They refused to give it to me there and told me to go to the window again. When I refused they refused to give me the order and Uber had to cancel it. They were rude and didn’t know how to do their job nor did they know much at all about customer service. So don’t go here bad food bad people .
