Good little bar and grill. The drinks (boozy lemonade) was very tasty and the price was very reasonable $106 for 3 kids and 3 adults. Our serverice was top notch, but the food is what brings it down. Not that it was bad or lackluster but nothing seperates it from anything else deep fried and generic. The steak was exact temp but 0 seasoning and that goes on to every dish we had. We season till my ancestors sneeze here we had to find the salt. We’d try it again though.

My wife and I went in there today to sit and enjoy a meal together and WHAT A JOKE! Please do not take children into this establishment. The noise from the bar was ridiculous and don’t get me started on the creepy old guy who wouldn’t stop touching the girls sitting at the bar. The waitress was very nice, but that wasn’t enough to keep us from asking her to just get it to go. The food was mediocre at best and we will not be going back. On a side note, the bartender was also drinking with the customers, as an establishment owner, this should never happen.

Not very busy, but had to wait about a good 10 minutes for our drinks to come after we ordered them. That was the only negative. Other than that, the atmosphere and food was great!!

We’ve been coming to Poor Richard’s for a very long time. It’s where my wife & I went on our very first date after going sledding at Art Hill back in January 2011 (and we had both been many times prior to that date). Recently the service has gone way down hill. 2 of the last 3 times we’ve ordered carry out my wife’s cheese burger which was supposed to be well done was medium rare at best (very pink when there was supposed to be no pink at all). The last time I put a ton of emphasis on WELL DONE for her burger (but sadly did not bother checking the box before I left the restaurant as I thought “surely they won’t mess anything up a 3rd time in a row, right? Wrong….) Got home to a well done burger WITHOUT ANY GARNISH AND THEY FLAT OUT FORGOT TO PUT FRIES IN THE BOX?!?!?!?! Are we serious with this??? it’s laughable at this point! Come on guys, really?!?!

Went on a Friday night with a large group and fully expected a wait but we got lucky and another large group had just left. The food was great, service was phenomenal and our kids were kept busy with the games! Can’t ask for more!

Nice place but poor service and very poor food quality. Had to ask cashier for silverware cuz server brougt food and no utensils and didnt come back for a long time…had to ask cashier for refills too. Sampler was cooked too long, some burnt. Nachos were not nachos…they were chips with shredded cheese melted on top and not much at all. Burger was very flavorless and veggies were soggie and gross. Wings lack flavor and bbq sauce was not good at all. Overall it was awful. We didn’t eat much. I have no idea why this place has such great ratings. I’d rather have fast food. Beer was great!
