Tried to go into the restaurant at a normal dinner time, and it was closed at 6:10pm on a Thursday. Then proceeded to go through the drive through, ordered three frosties. The person working the drive through was silent for a solid 1-2 minutes, not telling us to pull forward or confirming our order. I eventually pulled forward and received three frosties, but it turned out that they were all wrong. Overall horrible experience, save your money for a more competent spot.

Pulled up for a Baconator and left spiritually upgraded. That thing was fire. Grease glistening like it just signed a record deal. Bacon stacked with zero regard for my cholesterol. Respect.
Fries? Elite move. Dipped them in a chocolate Frosty like a civilized barbarian. Sweet. Salty. Hot. Cold. It’s basically fine dining if you squint hard enough.
Only disappointment… Wendy herself was not there. I scanned the room. No red braids. No freckles. Just me and my square burger wondering where our queen went.
Also. Why are the burgers square? Are we anti-circle? Did round patties hurt someone? Is this geometry beef? I need answers.
Still smashing though. 9 out of 10. Would absolutely commit Frosty fries again.

I had ordered a $4 baggie meal. A $6 baggie meal and a baconator with only madames and tomato. My baconator was not a baconator it was on junior baconator and instead of tomato, it had ketchup on it to get back into the drive through, because lobby being closed was ding near impossible to be able to get it fixed

Arrived 1pm on Tuesday. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich and a frosty. Frosty was excellent. Chicken sandwich, however, was far below expectations. The chicken patty was nearly non-existant, less than 1/8″ thick throughout the sandwich. It was also dry and somewhat tough. Perhaps sitting under a headlamp too long?? For price they charge, unacceptable.

Went through drive food and ordered food. When i got home my whole order was wrong and when you try to call they dont answer the phone tried calling 6 times. I honestly dont get how hard it can be to get peoples order correct!

Service has improved a lot in the last year or 2. More servers help you out. The drivethrough is fast and efficient. The food arrives hot and fresh. I haven’t had cool French fries in over a year.

Not good!! I waited at the second window for 15 minutes just to get an avocado bacon salad. They said the wait was for the avocado but when I got home there was no avocado at all!! So why was I really waiting?? They should have just been honest and said they didn’t have any avocado!! I could have changed my order! After literally waiting from ticket time 7:42 to 7:57 and they didn’t ask me to pull forward or anything and had to throw away a lot of food for other people because it sat for so long! I could see the garbage can they into! They finally started serving the other vehicles through the first window! 3-4 cars got there food through that 1st window and drove around me. When they finally gave me the salad, which was the only item I had ordered there was absolutely no apology or any mention of no avocado!! Highly dissatisfied!

Manager with attitude needs to learn customer service. Out of fries but can sub?? Can sub but will be upcharge??? I don’t want a sub or upcharge!! Just give me my fries smh. If I get a biggie bag why would I want to pay more than the advertised price.
