i paid almost $12 to try the new archer burger which is advertised with a special sauce, i paid a premium price and was given a burger with about 1/2 a tsp of sauce on it, such a bummer, i wish i would have read the reviews before visiting this location, i would have known not to waste my time and money.

Yes hi I went to this McDonald’s because I was called from doordash. I’m not sure what the rules are. I asked for some water because I was thirsty. She gave me a small cup. I asked if I could have a large cup and she said no. I told her all the other McDonald’s I go to for water and for a large cup I get it for nothing she said she cannot do that. I’ll then I said I will pay for the large cup. Then she said no but you could pay the large cup by the score but it’s going to cost you the price of a large soda. So I did end up taking the small cup with water. And she was very nasty. I was hoping because I work for doordash that she would give me a break since I go there all the time to pick up food from there

Food was good but what happened next is even better. My wife left her purse outside at the table, and we left… We noticed almost 3 hours later. In a panic we called the store assuming the worst. We were so relieved and happy to find out an employee found it while on break, turned it in and they locked it in the safe. I was able to drive back and pick it it. Honesty is rare to find these days but McDonald’s did not disappoint. THANK YOU!!!

This is a awful place that needs to be investigated. I got sick after eating this food on Dec 31 2025. I thought sure enough it was the door dasher. So yesterdayI gave them the benefit of the doubt. I got a caramel frappe. I swear it was hock spit in it. I didnt finish it. I will nevergo here again. I caution you to beware of this store and its employees. I believe there is food tampering at this place

I have been coming to this McDonald’s for about 20 years. I informed the worker at the window—who has been there almost as long—that there was some black debris in the straw she handed me. She didn’t even look at it, just threw it out and gave me another straw, which also had the same debris in it. I will be contacting the health department.

Food was fairly good. It was kinda cold inside but tolerable. We sat down because we were exhausted from a long trip. I very pleasant lady brought our food to the table so we didn’t have to get back up. Really nice of her. It was clean bathrooms included. Its a decent place to stop if you want fast food.

Came by for a mobile order and they forgot multiple items. It made us have to go through the hassle of coming back around for the items, only for us to go home and see they missed something else too!! We had to call the store as we weren’t gonna be able to come by until later to retrieve our item. and thankfully Travis assisted us and said he’d add another item free for the hassle. We swung by later in the evening and some “manager” (white bigger lady) treated us with attitude when we stepped inside to buy an additional coke and ask for our item with receipt in hand! she shrunked up her face and went “euruhmmmm No. You paid for one. Ya get one.” Her face and attitude left my partner in such disbelief we said forget the soda and left. I’ve never had an issue here before with mean employees when we come during the day, someone needs to re evaluate who’s working at night because they CLEARLY don’t value customer satisfaction and will lie to your face.

Got a shamrock shake and all of the syrup was in the bottom. I asked them to mix it up so I wasn’t eating just vanilla ice cream. And it seemed to be a problem for them. Won’t go back.

After my inspection today in Bunnell I stopped at the McDonald’s in North Deland. I was thinking about hot fries all the way here. As I pulled up to the order board, somebody else was ordering at the other drive-through lane so I waited and waited and waited until they were finished. The drive-through attendant asked for my order. I ordered the number seven large with a ice coffee, thinking about the hot fries I was going to receive. My total was 606 and I pulled up to the window to pay. I handed the Cashier $6.06. I was waiting there for more than a minute. She was taking another order so I waited for the receipt, she looked at me and said pull up.
She was neither polite nor friendly. I pulled up to the window to receive my food. A man with black chipped nail polish handed me the bag. No thank you no greeting no nothing. I pulled around one of the parking spaces and took a fry out. It was warm,it was soggy, it tasted like it sat in the cardboard for a long time. I love a hot crispy McDonald’s french fry these were not them. I took the burger out of the bag and I could feel it was already cold. I opened the burger, the cheese was not even melted, the bun was cold, the meat was cold, and it had so much catchup and mustard on it, it was just gross. Are usually order my cheeseburgers with extra onions these didn’t even have any. Food was horrible.
The ice coffee was the surprise. It was the best I’ve ever had from McDonald’s and I usually get ice coffee several times a week. Two stars for a great coffee zero stars for horrible food and the worst service.
