Everything was very good and fresh, I did not have to wait long. They did ask me to pull up but they was right out the door in 2 minutes!.. I did also have some cheese fritters that came from a&w but I could still get them as a part of the meal and they were delicious!

The store was busy, so getting my order was just a tad slow, but when the food arrived, it was hot, fresh, and tasted great. I had a two-piece fish meal with fries and cole slaw. So good!

ALWAYS OUT OF COD FISH! I’ve had to go inside TWICE to talk to the managers and tell them, “If you aren’t going to stock Cod fine! Just take it off the menu!” Guarantee if anyone tries to order Cod you will hear, “Sorry, we’re out!”
Service sucks. I’ve been in the drive thru and will be the only car. Pull up to the window just to be told, “Can you pull up to the blue sign? We’ll bring it out to you!” They do that so they don’t get dinged on their timed service! I might wait 10 minutes for my order.
The only reason I go there is that its close to where I live. I have stopped going there and go to other restaurants that have opened up in hillview.
I realize good help is hard to come by and most businesses are dealing with that… I just can’t handle the not having food items on the menu not some of the time… ALL OF THE TIME. Would not recommend Long John Silvers restaurant in Okolona to anyone.

Ordered delivery and every single item was wrong. Was sent chicken on a Friday during lent, and it took me calling 11 times until a worker answer the phone and they hung up on me when I said no to waiting 20 minutes to call back for the manager. Extremely unprofessional and the food was disgusting.

Food was decent. Service was great, floors were atrocious. The entire dining room was like skating on grease. We were there for over an hour, so it wasnt that they had just mopped.

Food was hot and made to order. Staff was super friendly. I got fish and shrimp with slaw and green beans. Shrimp was a little soggy. Green beans taste Iike a can, no flavor. Slaw was perfect, creamy. Store was cute 50’s scene. Definitely needed a deep clean.

These places are dirty, they all are, the girl at the counter was great the fish was delicious, but come on. It’s not a sanitary environment to eat, you need to go through and literally do a detailed clean on these restaurants, gross just gross, inside and out, paint parking lot garbage, gosh damn it.

Food was fantastic!…after a 20 min wait just to give our order with only one person in front of us….no acknowledgement of your presence or even a hello. Nobody wanted to take our order and they in fact argued over who would stop doing nothing to start taking orders for the ever growing line forming.
