Popped in Friday night for live music. For arriving about 5:30 parking was slim pickens! Inside was bustling but not crowded. Idk the last time i was in a bar where folks were playing pool? They were last night, so that was fun. Cool tap list on the “wall” below the second floor. Liked the retro Hamms signage/wallpaper @ the top of the wall. Had arcade games and some card machine, so you must not play on $ but $ you put on these cards. Acoustics were great for the music & it was loud enough that he wasnt drowned out by conversation. St Paul Tap is a chill vibe. This is my first time in as this incarnation. Ill definitely have to go back…for food & drinks.

We love it here and wish we lived closer to visit more often. The food is great! The atmosphere is fun and a nice change of pace from the typical restaurant. Brooklynn our server is always fun, friendly and engaging. She is entertaining and enthusiastic to make sure our experience is a blast. I don’t know who was behind the bar, but I asked for a very dirty vodka martini, and she definitely delivered! 99% don’t, it was wonderful! Highly recommended!

My husband and I stopped her when we arrived from Duluth for our weekend get away before the wild game. We had a great experience! The pizza was awesome and so was the service. The bingo was an added bonus! We loved it so much we came back the next day for a bloody and some food! Michaela was our bartender both days. She was amazing! We come to the twin cities often and will make sure we come back!

Bingo was too loud if you are NOT playing… might be nice if they allowed for an area to have lower volume for the bingo announcing.

We dont get out often but this little gem..the waiter was absolutely amazing. The food was great, and the shared drink..was definitely a hit. All around a good vibe. Good for a date night or family night out.

I had the Juicy Lucy with bacon n bbq, pepper jack inside and ghost pepper cheese on top. The burger was perfectly cooked and soooo good!! My wife loved her pesto pasta, it has everything in it that she likes but noone else in the family does. Also my Jeep got ducked for the first while we were there.

My coworkers and I have come to St Paul Tap for years for end of the semester gatherings because of the great space, fun entertainment offers and the variety of delicious dishes, something for all. Another reason – the staff! They are always welcoming and kind. Especially Michaela, she is awesome at her job and my coworkers were so impressed and thankful for all she did. The St. Paul Tap is the place to be! Wowza! So much fun playing different games with family. There is something for everyone! But most importantly Michaela will keep you and your family full of delicious food and drinks. She is on TOP of it. Our group was BIG and she handled it with ease. I would highly recommend the St. Paul Tap even if you just stop in for a drink at the bar from Michaela.
