The food was good, it usually is. The only problems I had were 1) there wasn’t any paoer towels in the women’s bathroom to dry my hands, so how did employees dry their hands or did they wash them at all and 2) the floors were so greasy that my feet slid everywhere I walked. When I opened the door to leave, it was hard to open because my feet couldn’t get any grip because it was so greasy. I’m glad I didn’t know any of this prior to me eating or I wouldn’t have eaten. Very gross!

We usually do alright at this location, but not today! The sausage, on the sausage biscuit, tasted like fish, which is very concerning. The egg, on the egg and cheese biscuit, was so overcooked that the yoke was crunchy. I also found a hair in the egg biscuit that was definitely not mine. We ordered two containers of seasoned potatoes, but both were less than half full. Needless to say, we did not finish our breakfast. Sure was a terrible way to start off my birthday. We will not be going back.

Service was excellent! Hard to find in fast food restaurants today. Always enjoy the Baconator breakfast sandwich. They made us fresh and crispy potato wedges. I wished they sold the potato wedges all, not just for breakfast only.

Usually no problems at this location, but tonight when I got home my baked potato w cheese and bacon ended up being fries smothered in cheese w some bacon on top. Cold and soggy also, but not what I repeated twice when I ordered.
And my small chili was about three quarters full and a bit thin (watery).
My junior cheeseburger deluxe was perfect. So, only one for three tonight.
Maybe it was just a bad crew tonight. I don’t know.

Sunday evening. Greeted with “what can I get for ya”. Burger lukewarm, fries barely lukewarm and old. Nuggets colder than the room temperature sauce. You guys need to step up your game. With In and Out Burger coming to just a mile away (and I’m not a big fan because of their limited menu)but they serve everything HOT and fresh! When I travel to California I know I can get a double burger with double cheese, fresh made fries and a drink for about 10 bucks. They have 3 registers and if there are more than two people in line they open another register. The place is spotless and if they bring their dress code here the guys have short hair. I don’t even remember seeing facial hair but maybe moustache? Definitely no beards. Women have hair in a bun, minimal makeup, piercings are a no no. No visible tattoos. (I couldn’t work there lol). They pay well and retain employees. Again the place is pretty much spotless and I know I’ll get a fresh hot burger cheap. They don’t have chicken or nuggs or salads or any of that stuff and only 3 milkshake flavors but the places stay packed all day and up until closing. Point is, BK down the street sucks, Whataburger is $$$$. If I come here for a lukewarm burger in the future I’m just gonna cross this place off of my list like I did with BK. Don’t wait until it’s too late Wendy’s, step up your game now before In and Out Burger arrives. Jus’ Sayin’ ❤️

This particular restaurant is one of my favorite places. The drive thru moves at a decent pace no matter how busy they are and the staff is always polite. If you want to guarantee fresh food, my tip at any drive thru is to make your order custom. Example; no tomatoes, extra cheese, extra ketchup.. almost always makes for a tastier experience.

We got three large chilli’s and all three were so watered down that you could drink them , Wendy’s normally has the best chili but this was truly bad, we counted how many spoons full of meat and beans and all of three was all we could count!! That lunch cost us 36$ including one cheeseburger, fast food is getting crazy expensive and now not even able to eat it, I poured mine down the sink, all water!! Really!!!!

I usually do takeout, as I don’t think the restaurant is well maintained. The tables aren’t clean, and the condiments station could use more attention. That said, the burgers are great—my family especially loves the Dave’s burger. Lemonade are actually amazing.

So I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich which they almost got right, but somehow forgot the bacon that is on the recipe. I already had my boyfriend run inside and add butter to my potato when we got home but they somehow also forgot butter? For a baked potato? And it is also on the recipe. And they completely forgot the chives which I said at the speaker but she didn’t hear us ig. Recipe and most food attached for proof.
