I ordered from Jason’s Deli through DoorDash and one of my items was missing. I called the restaurant to ask about it, and instead of trying to help, they immediately blamed DoorDash. The manager immediately blamed DoorDash and even suggested the driver may have opened the bag and taken the item. I explained that the restaurant is responsible for preparing the order and placing all items in the bag before it’s sealed, and that DoorDash only delivers what they’re given. Lastly, the manager told me that since I used a third-party service, there was nothing they could do. This was a very disappointing customer service and showed a lack of accountability for a mistake that happened on their end. I will not longer go to Jason’s Deli. And… yes Door dash refunded the money for item not received.

Ordered beef stew online for pick up. Their website said “it’s back” Beef Stew! I tell you it is not back. It is different. The beef soup was the worst stew or soup we’ve ever gotten from a restaurant. It tasted like strong beef bouillon strong strong garlic. We could not eat it. The cornbread and ginger muffins were delicious. We love Jason’s deli but it is our opinion they’ve missed the mark on this menu item.

I love this place. But I was a bit disappointed when I ordered chicken noodle soup, and there was no chicken or noodles. Yes I ordered late, about an hour before they closed. Just tell me the soup is gone..don’t make me pay 6 dollars for broth and celery lol.

Maybe they are just having a bad day, the chicken salad sandwich was like eating a water sandwich my guy very bland no seasoning, that chicken should have been roasted, grilled or something. The chili had no meat it was ok, but it doesn’t need the name chili alone, it needs to be Vegan chili. But most definitely come out with another chili that has meat, but keep the vegan chili on the menu for people that are vegan or vegetarian

My husband and I went to eat lunch today. Could not understand some of the prices for add ons..when I asked the manager Tom he explained it to me in a better way. Tom was very attentive and kind. I definitely will go back to jasons deli

Im very disappointed in a worker at Jason’s. A group of older ladies go there all the time and its usually fine but we had a spill last night and the guy cleaning the tables refused to help us. We had to use napkins to clean it up. 3 of us asked for help and he was rude in his remarks and would not come near us, not even to clean up near by tables. If course we were afraid of a fall so we had to make sure floor was dry. I have never met with such rudeness before at Jason’s Deli. I will be calling the manager today.

Gentleman name Mike, made my day as a customer. Came in with my 8month year old son. He stopped everything to watch while I helped myself at the salad bar. Goodman good people still exist. Thanks Jason Deli I highly recommend coming an ask for Mike.

I have loved Jason’s Deli for years and this one doesn’t disappoint. I got the salad bar and a bowl of soup, the salad bar was teeming with all manner of fresh options and a new Greek salad dressing that was awesome! I don’t think I’ve ever gotten the salad bar before so I was unaware that it isn’t all-you-can-eat style, but it’s still a great value at least than $10. Plus, as always, FREE ICE CREAM! Management was awesome, and all the staff was very friendly. Place was clean, and even the bathrooms were clean and orderly.
