Took quite awhile before call button was answered. Took longer than expected to receive order. The machine would not accept me pushing button to pay with card, then wouldn’t read my card. Wind blew away our order from the waiters hand before he reached our car, so he couldn’t repeat our order. Had to go back in with my card ( I don’t like them leaving my sight) to pay and also get a duplicate receipt. But they were very friendly and our order was correct. The food was good and prices average. We will give it another try.

I’m Jeremy. Maya/ Miah.. I hope I’m spelling her name right. She was awesome. She was patient and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was great. Even took the time to have a 30 second conversation about life. She’s amazing. I come here all the time. Most of the time my order is wrong or they are rude. But not Maya. She was the best person that I’ve come in contact with at ANY SONIC! Not just this one. Thanks again Maya. God bless. In a crazy world you are a light of hope. Stay awesome ! Maya is the best !!!

Yall need to retrain the new young Indian girl that’s up there. I ordered a large combo, recieved med tots and asked to fix it. She proceeded to charge me another 5$ for another order of tots instead of taking back the medium tots and charging me the 1$ difference. I won’t be back if shes working and I used to come here at least once a week. Gotta find a new place to get breakfast items in the daytime.

I had a great experience at Sonic, I parked at the slot instead of going through the drive thru and was able to comfortably order my food with my own menu, easy to see, and my order brought out to the car. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. They also have picnic tables to eat at. The staff was courteous and hustling to get orders out as fast as possible. They offer a wide variety of food options and many unique items.

I’m typing this while I’m still here, it’s 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon, besides myself, there seems to be two other cars in the parking lot and one in the drive thru. I placed my order through the app. Once I arrived at sonic I put in my stall #26, and then waited patiently, REALLY patiently. My estimated arrival time on the app was 3:34. It was 3:52 before I hit the red button, why I waited that long, I’ll never know. So then I asked for ketchup with HOT DOG MY KIDS MEAL, on the app which I did not receive once they brought the food out at 3:58, has to hit the button for some ketchup, waited ANOTHER 7 minutes for someone to bring me ketchup and let me tell ya the attitude when she brought it, verbatim, “there ya go” and immediately ran away. Miss Personality!!!! Like come guys, it was a kids meal, seriously, how long you guys think you’re gonna stay open running like this? It was down right pathetic, point, blank, period!!!!

I didnt stay because young lady told me she couldn’t add onjon to a burrito. It took her 5 minutes to even get it on screen. I just left because I always get onion. Employees need better training.

The service was good but the food wasn’t. We had to wait a little bit and usually that would be fine if the food reflected the wait. 2 of my 3 patties were on the bun so I guess it could have been worse. The other was at least in the wrapper so I got it. It really all just looked rushed for no reason, there were on a couple cars in line. It didn’t taste quite right either, not sure what it was. I doubt we will be back anytime soon.

Stall # 20 needs maintenance. Would not take my card for payment. No notice that the card reader is broken. The shake sign is unreadable. The server asked for payment when she brought food out. Informed me “several of our readers don’t work.” Horrible for employees working when it is 90 degrees out, having to do double the time outside running back and forth for payments. Many spots not being used so why block off the broken ones.
She did bring out our food very quickly, it was the right items. Nothing was hot, almost cold and had clearly been sitting cooled off for some time.

I have ate at several Sonic over the years. First time with a substandard experience. Hopefully the only one. Feel free to forward this to the franchise manager. I don’t plan on coming back to this one. Posting the same on the company feedback website.

Update on 11/18/2025
Haven’t ate Sonic in a year. However tonight, I remember why. However, it’s now even more concerning. They haven’t changed.
They still got our order wrong.
Asked for no tomato’s because I’m allergic where if I ingest it I’ll go to the hospital due to a closed throat. Made it very well known the receipt. Obviously they didn’t read it because they still gave me 2 tomato’s on my burger. My husband also added bacon to his burger which they forgot to add to his burger. This team still can’t read. We still got charged for it.
To make matters worse and extremely concerning, somehow in the middle of my tater tot there was a wide open staple.
This was frightening to see. I always thought people just did this to scare people. But this made me think completely different tonight. Just another way to kill their customers? This store doesn’t care.
I called their store not angry and was very nice about asking for a manager. Hearing on the other side of the phone… she isn’t here should I just take it and then another girl came on the phone.
I asked if she was the manager and she said yes which I knew was a lie….
I told her I that I wasn’t angry but just a very concerned customer and that my husband just went there and got us food and we found a staple in the middle of my tater tots. She told me “okay I’ll let the kitchen know” and hung up on me.
I didn’t even get a sorry. Nor a hey, come back to the store and I’ll remake your food correct this time and event minus the staple in your food. Did she even care? Because it didn’t seem like it. Something that is this important shouldn’t be acted like this was nothing.
It makes zero sense why there was a staple in the food because Sonic uses stickers now. The bag was not punctured like a staple would do to the bag.
Not sure if this was done intently or by accident.
This store needs to be shut down before they either get sued and not if but WHEN they kill someone.

Wish I could give this location zero stars and that’s being nice. How hard is it to listen???
If someone says they are allergic to something then don’t put it on there! However, this location does not care! Waiting for a lawsuit to happen…
Very rude service. We had to bring the burger back FOUR FREAKIN TIMES because they put tomato’s on the burger when we very specifically made aware that I am allergic to tomato’s when I ingest it. It happens once I get it but listen to your customers on what they want and if someone says they are allergic maybe don’t put it on it! But when I have to bring it back to the kitchen 2, 3, and 4 times there is a MAJOR ISSUE. It’s like they didn’t even look the 2nd time as it was the exact same. The 3rd time however you could tell the tomato was scraped off as there was still tomato seeds still mixed up in the lettuce. The 4th time I’m pretty sure they gave me a new hamburger all together but still second guessed it if it took that many times to get it without a tomato on it. This is seriously not okay especially after I told them I was allergic. I couldn’t trust them after that many times.
To make matters worse they made it seem like it was our fault and not theirs. It’s on the receipt that says NO TOMATO. How is that the customers fault? It’s literally written out on the receipt!
We asked to talk to the manager and we were told they were not there. Also, 3 cars in the parking lot and zero in the drive-thru just to get our order after 30 minutes… is completely absurd. All we did was order two #1. Nothing complicated at all.
If you have a food allergy DO NOT GO HERE! Or actually, just avoid this location all together is even better.
Wish I didn’t give a $4 Tip through the app because screw this location. I was nice until the 3rd time and I completely lost it. I had every right to be as well. Going to drive the extra 10 minutes to Bardstown in Fern Creek to avoid this location at all cost.
