Must have gone on an off day because the pizza was super thin, overcooked, and nothing like the other photos or what you get from the Addison location. It was like a moist and very greasy flatbread with a heavy layer of cheese.
Will give it another try at some point.

The pizza was okay, not the best I’ve had but not terrible either. The crust was decent, and the toppings were fine, but the flavor was a bit plain and nothing really stood out. Service was average, and the atmosphere could use some improvement. Overall, it was an acceptable experience, but not one I’d go out of my way for.

My favorite pizza place in all of D/FW!

Excellent staff and always exceptional food and service.

The NY style thin crust “Signature Pizza” is my favorite pizza here, but everything I have tried is amazing!

I had the Zater today, which was excellent.
(Sonali, you should check this out for vegetarian options like the Zater.)

Are you kidding me?? In the big ice storm of January 2026, nobody was delivering, but these guys stepped up and we’re here n less time than promised with delicious non-processed Pizza Hut or Domino’s type food. It was wonderful- thank you thank you!!! AND thanks for risking your lives and getting on the roads to bring us something other than hotel food we’ve been having for a week.
Re-recommended to people at the World Trade Center are having catered lunches that DoorDash could not provide and they said everyone was thrilled

From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between cozy and sophisticated. We ordered the chef’s tasting menu, and every course was more impressive than the last — thoughtfully presented, rich in flavor, and perfectly timed. The staff was knowledgeable and genuinely passionate. Truly a five-star experience. I’ll definitely be back.

I went a while back and had a bad experience. Left a bad review, justifiably, I decided to try again. I mentioned my last experience (not the review) and ask if you could please not happen again. They definitely set it right. And I’m definitely going back. Their pizza is great.

Great food! Everything we tried was delicious! We had a few pizza options, chicken parm sub and the gyro sandwich. All good!
The service is pretty slow. Not sure if it was because they were slammed with walk ins and take out orders or if it’s just the norm.
The atmosphere is a bit wonky because you’re sitting in front of the Fruit Bowl counter.

Bae introduced me to this place & he told he how great the pizza was.
So we decided to take a visit this night.
If ur not paying attention, u could easily miss the place it’s like “sandwiched” between 2 businesses.
All I initially saw was the fruit bar to the left, but that’s my observation.
I realized I had to use the bathroom, but there was no toilet paper & the smell of BLEACH was soooo overwhelming. O.M.G.
The floor was wet & slippery it was like an accident waiting to happen
Took a few points off for the atmosphere for that.
Other than that, the cashier guy was nice.
I wasn’t sure what to get & the cashier wasn’t giving us any suggestions, so we just got what we normally got.
We normally get beef & mushrooms all over the pizza.
Bae gets pepperoni (which tastes like nothing but SALT to me) on his side.
I get grilled chicken on my side
But there were a LOT of pizza variations & it honestly was difficult to choose.
Bae wanted some lemon pepper wings, so we ordered that as well with a side of ranch (my personal favorite) & blue cheese for him.
When we finally got out order I was surprised at wat we actually got: we ordered a MEDIUM pizza, but it appeared quite SMALL
I mentioned that maybe we should have gotten 2
Once I tried the pizza, I realized it WAS as good as he said it was!
It was so savory & delicious!
The pizza was fantastic; the chicken breast was tender, flavorful & not overcooked & dry, nor was it raw & undercooked.
The pizza was well seasoned, but the crust was a little bland & that’s where the ranch dipping sauce came in
I wouldn’t mind trying their other varieties after trying the pizza-I loved it!
As for the wings, they looked a bit dry & they were also very tiny.
& surprise, they actually WERE dry & tiny, but they didn’t skimp out on seasonings.
It reminds me of Wing stop by how they “load up” the wings with seasonings.
I’m not complaining so much about the seasoning mind u.
I was disappointed at the SIZE of the wings & the fact that they were dry, dehydrated & kinda hard.
They weren’t moist or tender like Wing stop.
I gotta be honest I did comment to Bae that we should have got Wing stop instead of these because this was a waste of money.
The ranch dressing, on the other hand, was AMAZING.
I don’t know if it was in-house made, but it was savory, creamy, rich, but not overly salty.
Get the ranch!
I could dip anything in that sauce particularly in my case, the pizza CRUST
After eating the baby chicken wings, I had a good amount of ranch dressing left.
I thought it would have been a waste, but I realized I could dip the flavorless pizza crust ENDS n2 the ranch dressing & that was great thinking on my part
Please give it a try- u will love it!
I asked Bae what he thought & he said he loved everything, so that’s that on that
I took a couple of pictures so u could better visualize everything.
Overall, my experience at Zio Al’s pizza was great, but I don’t recommend the wings at all. Sorry

I ordered this place without ever trying it before during the ice storm. they came through in a clutch. The delivery was pretty quick. The pizza is kind of expensive. However It was a really good pizza and I will definitely order from them again. THANK YOU for coming during the ice storm.
