I stopped by Taco Bell at night and had a good visit. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Ordering through the app saved me some money with one of their box deals. The food was good and they got my custom order right, which I really appreciated.

I love this taco bell. They always get my order correct, hot and good. I know they gotta be tired of all these different new menu items, so I will always wait patiently (unlike some other folks.) The people that work here are hard at work always, most of them just look like kids. I’ve only eaten inside once but it was nice with friends. Place is clean and food is good. Ordering at the screens inside when there’s a worker at the counter is kinda scary I hate it, I also hate the AI in the drive through but anything to make fast food work easier! You guys rock!

Went in for 2 cantina tacos and a water and the guy ahead of me was watching the food be made and made the comment to one of the employees “you take pride in your work, I appreciate that”. He got his food and left. I moved up as the next customer and noticed it was my tacos being made by the same gentleman. Quick, but neat tacos and super friendly. He said his name was Everett. Great customer service. I figured it was worth sharing!

don’t order on the app if they are out of anything. they won’t tell you and charge you for it anyway and then say “there nothing we can do” charged me for 2 lrg drinks then whoops we are out but we can’t reimburse you bc “our hands are tied”. not the first problem i’ve had here

Disgraceful “fast” food service! Today, I sat at the drive-through intercom for 24 minutes. As I sat there waiting for someone to welcome my business and take my oder, 9 different vehicles got tired of waiting and left. While I waited, I spoke to the intercom to see if ANYONE or even the ai was going to do their job. I sat there long enough to download the app, create my order, and start the payment process. As I was entering my payment info, someone decided they were going to respond. The first person had an attitude, even though they weren’t the ones waiting 24 minutes to order. She was quickly replaced with a second worker who also had a headset on. The second worker took my order, and I pulled forward. I then got up to the window, where 2 employees were chatting amongst themselves. The one who took my order then took my payment and began to explain, “The ai didn’t pick up your truck.” Are there no pressure sensors that notify the workers of a customer’s arrival? Are there no cameras showing the 9 car line of people, which at this point was wrapped around the store and into the street? This is truly unacceptable. If a corporate member would like more information on this visit, please feel free to reach out, I’d love to explain how this has not been the only issue that the people of this small town have had to deal with from this establishment.

The staff is garbage!!! I ordered my food on the app 20 minutes before I left my job, and it’s almost a 10 minute drive to get there, when I went in my order wasn’t ready, and I simply asked if they had started mine yet because if not I wouldn’t have enough time to wait for it, wasn’t rude at all…..the cashier asked the guy making the food and he said right in front of me, ” if they ask how long it’s going to be, tell them a while because it’s their job to wait” !!!! I won’t eat there again……ole boy needs a attitude adjustment

Today was the absolute WORST drive thru experience of my life at this Taco Bell. Emily, the MANAGER, was beyond rude from start to finish in drive thru. Our order was incorrect multiple times. After spending 30$ and ordering a second time/ticket we STILL did NOT have our complete order. I called to speak to a manager and found out EMILY IS the manager. She proceeded to argue with me more and make the situation worse. I’d rather cook at home than pay to be treated rudely! It was obvious this lady had zero respect for her job or her customers. I WILL be contacting corporate as well!

Their customer service sucks. Since when is it right to yell at a customer for coming through drive through that ordered food off the app and set it for drive through, when that clearly is an option. Also since is it the customer’s fault if it doesn’t appear on the computer system. They need to better train their workers on this. Teach them customer service. My family will never use this establishment again. When called the manager, she was clueless and asked me what I wanted done? We’ll for one train your staff better. Two quit saying that we’ll the person in question is leaving soon. My question to that is so it’s OK to yell and act like an idiot until you leave your employment. What type of message is that for other customers to witness and for other workers to see. Just food for thought.

Consistently the only fast food restaurant in town that gets our order correct. Sometimes there is a couple minute wait, but nothing like some of the others nearby that make you wait 20+ minutes and have your order wrong every time.
