First time eating at Ruby Tuesday and it was pretty good. We are full-time over yours, just traveling through and wanted to stop and have a nice lunch.
Salad bar was a hit and the pumpernickel croutons are yum .
Tried the sliders, honey cider boneless wings, and Mac and cheese bites. Everything was great, especially the sliders.
Waitress was nice, friendly and helpful. They give a military discount. Would stop here again.

This location was somewhat disorganized and hectic. Service was notably rude, with our server seeming to be stressed and distracted. It felt like they were inconvenienced by our presence, not that we were welcomed guests.
Come for the great value, but don’t expect great service.

We stopped for a steak after my son’s football game. Thought we’d give it a try. The worst ribeye I’ve ever had. Grissly and tough and tough throughout the entire steak, I couldn’t eat one complete bite! M husbands was same as mine. Horrible. And I’ve eaten a lot of ribeye steaks! My daughter’s shrimp Alfredo was all butter. She ate the shrimp only! Waiters never asked once if everything was ok! We will Never eat there again! Very Sad. There is no place to eat steak in Mitchell accept cattlemen’s and that was also questionable

High prices ($27 for the holiday trio)($10+ drinks); slower than average service, and out of Peach Schnapps for their signature drink. Our waitress was the best part of our experience. But cooking staff, you need to step it up. You can’t hope the wait staff can entertain your guests while it takes you 30+ minutes to get an order out when you have less than 4 tables total and 3 of those tables are eating their meals already.

We were right around noon on a Sunday. Place was picking up, but was greeted and seated right away. Clean and up to date! Waitress was friendly, kind and efficient. Food was wonderful, hot and timely. Neither of us had the salad bar but it looked clean, organized and stocked. Music was playing but it was not overpowering. I haven’t been to a Ruby Tuesdays in 15+ years, but this one was a great experience. Thank you!
