Half way through my chicken sandwich, we just discovered that the center is raw – uncooked.
Knowing that I just consumed a good portion of raw chicken, I am very concerned.
Manager offered to comp the sandwich and drink.
Seriously?
BWW obviously doesn’t understand the health risk of serving uncooked chicken.
I am very much not looking forward to finding out what their raw chicken sandwich is going to do me.
Also: just saw that I was charged for another person’s tequila order. Awesome

I was skeptical given all the negative reviews this place has. From my experience, I can confirm a few… let’s get into it.
#1 – Food tastes decent “if” served hot, both our burgers were cold, fortunately it was a take out so we just warmed it up in the oven.
Onion rings and boneless wings(original Buffalo sauce) were really good. The fries were stone cold, had to revive them in the oven, nothing spectacular, pretty average. Celery and carrots were not fresh at all.
#2 – Don’t wait for the staff to check on you, if you ask them proactively about your order they will immediately help you. The lady who I asked was infact very sweet and helped me promptly.
#3 – they did not miss out any of my items, so no complaints on that front.
The ambiance is pretty good, also there is a ton of seating options, including a bar area. There is lots of parking available.
Might dine in during a football / basketball game to see it on a big screen but not for the food alone.

Ordered a party order to take home. Gave them two hours to complete the order. Had to go in 4 times to try and get the order correct. Four try’s and an hour later of cold food headed home. Wife’s birthday dinner ruined had to reheat everything. BWW needs to do better with their take out service.

it took 10 minutes for someone to come to our table, we had to yell to someone to get us drinks, no one checked on us and the server for our section was helping everyone around us. we had to go to the front to ask someone for our check and even after that the waitress tried to up charge us and not honor the free wings for Thursday’s. the food was great, but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever had especially at this place. no thank you or have a good night just slam the check on the table and walked away

worst bww in the area. even when empty the wait will be unnecessarily long. all the servers will sit down to talk to each other and wait at least 15 minutes before coming over. the food would probably be fine but they wait too long, once again, to retrieve it so it comes out cold. if you want hot food and do not want to spend 3 hours there (with a party of 5 or less) i do not recommend.

Did an online order thru the app as a guest for the first time, guy who delivers it was leaving and I said there’s supposed to be drinks he goes no. Then we translate thru his fone from Portuguese he says to cancel thru the app, found out u can’t as a guest. Tried to call the store 3 times and no one answers, Get in my car and drive a town over to get my food. Almost 1 hour and 45 minutes after I order. I get there and my food is on the shelf. Server there listens to my story doesn’t apologize or offer me anything when I paid extra delivery fees. I hand the server the wrong order back and she goes “I’ll have to make him a new one” then points to my food on the shelf. Now driving home with my cold food. Last time ordering food here .

We came to Buffalo Wild Wings because we’d heard about the great price on their burgers. While the burger pricing is indeed good, the overall experience was very disappointing. We stood at the host stand for over 10 minutes and were never greeted or acknowledged by anyone.
We ended up leaving because the service was so poor. Disappointing, especially since we came specifically for the advertised cheap burger.
