Been very impressed with this Sonic lately. I had that Garlic Butter Bacon Burger twice and the bacon was cooked so well I took a chance with a breakfast toaster. I rarely order bacon at fast food places because it’s usually not crispy enough but it’s been perfect 3 times in a row!

Best place to car watch! If you want some live entertainment, just eat your chilly cheese dog and sip your slushy and enjoy watching people hit the curbs pulling in. Or near missed on 31 or simply a v6 mustang give it everything and go nowhere. Definitely a 10 outa 10. Always something going down. Never bored

The food is great, the service can be. My biggest complaint is they need to make up their minds on their hours of operation and stay with it. It saids on their website that they open at 8:00 on Saturdays, but they don’t. At least, not when I went there. Fix your hours on your website so people are not misled. Some people have to prioritize their time, they don’t have time to waste. Simple things like this can affect your business.

2/11/22 No service at all. I sat there with the button pushed for them to take my order I know more than 7 or 9 minutes. They supposedly open at 8. I left at 8:50 without my order being taken. I have pictures of the parking lot. Empty except for employee cars. No excuse for a minimum of 2 workers and no acknowledgement. Woman with a headset on looked out the window saw me and kept walking. One came outside on her personal phone talking. Still no acknowledgement. Will definitely be driving out of my way to avoid this location!

My boyfriend placed an order for pickup on Friday, 4/12/24. I got JUMBO popcorn chicken. When we got home with it, I tried eating it but couldn’t. It is just batter. There’s barely any chicken worth eating. I called to see if they could refund JUST the popcorn chicken, to which I was told “we can’t refund anything without the ticket number so if you could bring it to me then I could refund it.” I live 20 minutes away. As someone who has worked in fast food, a shift supervisor at that, I find it hard to believe I have to go all the way back up there in order for them to refund it. I know every restaurant works differently, but I could refund an order from our OLO system with just the name. Why couldn’t I give her the ticket number over the phone? To me it seemed like the lady I talked to just didn’t want to have to deal with it. So, $10 down the drain, and I’m eating at home anyways. I am not looking for anything free, I simply just wanted a refund for the food I can’t eat. Also, filter your fryer! Thanks sonic.

I do not know what is my lemonade slush. I contacted sonic and I guess they asked the manager to contact me and they offered a free meal. Which is confusing to me because why would I want anything else from this place if there mess in my drink now. However, I accepted the offer if that’s all they could offer. Then the manager ghosted me. I asked how could I redeem it and they haven’t replied its been 3 days.

Wonderful, prompt service and they brought us exactly what we had ordered. Unfortunately the oil that they cooked the onion rings and the fries in was seriously overdue for a change rendering them barely edible. The coney tasted okay if you could get past the deathly gray color of the hot dog. I will not waste my time or money again unless I knew that they had hired a manager with higher standards and employees who cared more about delivering a quality product than their cell phones and social lives

Great Sonic! The girl that brought us our food was super sweet. My husband said she had a Chick-fil-A attitude lol She didn’t do anything extraordinary but just a smile and have a good day! That’s all it takes folks!
