I was very disappointed with my experience at Pepper Asian Bistro. They seem more worried about getting door dash orders out than serving us. We waited 50 minutes for our entrees while watching people who came after us get their food before us. When we asked the waitress about our food, she rudely dismissed my table and didn’t bother to let me finish talking. The waitress kept telling us the kitchen was super busy which I understand for a Friday night but seeing 40+ door dash orders being made and 4 other tables being served didn’t sit right with me. The waitress also tried to make an excuse saying our food was taking longer because we order appetizers. After watching other people enjoy their food, our food finally came out but it came out cold, bland, and I got the wrong order. The waitress tried to make it up by giving us an order of crab rangoons and basically threw it on the table at us. When we told the waitress to just cancelled our order and give us the receipt for our appetizers and drinks, she hastily walked away and decided to go gossip about our table with her fellow coworkers. Eventually a manager tried to de-escalate the situation but she was also dismissive when I told her my order was wrong. Then she took her sweet time walking to the register to complete more door dash orders instead of bringing our receipt to the table. My friend has to go up to the register and check out since the establishment seem like they were done serving us. Nothing was handled professionally even we told them it was no one’s fault but we would like to leave since they seem like making door dash orders was more important than serving customers who come to their restaurant to enjoy a nice meal. If you enjoy having your time wasted and being disrespected by different employees, then I would 100% recommend this place.

Pepper has been a go to for takeout for many years. I have likely ordered over 100 times (no joke). My past few takeout orders have been nothing short of disappointing. Prices up, quality down, and quantity down.
I understand that prices must increase, but $18 for a small portion of chicken + unseasoned veggies is hard to justify.
I’m hoping that they focus on quality and quantity with the continued increase in prices.

Favorite dishes (prior to quality change):
Steamed dumplings
Scallion pancakes
Chicken coconut soup
Peanut curry
Pad Thai
Sesame chicken

Delivery drivers are always so nice!

If you’re in the mood for amazing Thai food, this is the place you need to check out. Since discovering Pepper Asian Bistro, I can’t tell you how many times I crave having their dishes. I have yet to be disappointed with anything I’ve tried. The service is always quick and friendly. The amount of take out orders this place does is a testament to how delicious their food is. While dining in, I’ve noticed that their phones never stop ringing for take out orders. So many of their dishes are absolutely amazing, which makes it hard to decide what to eat. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. I highly recommend checking this place out.

I don’t understand why the lo mein noodles are orange. The dishes were cold and the quality was poor. I have been ordering from this place I would say for years and one of my favorite things is the freshness. Especially with the vegetables. It’s still decent Chinese food for Denver, but I’m disappointed that they would compromise food quality. I wanted to write a good review, but compared to New China Cafe and Wokano holding strong to quality, Pepper Asian Bistro is slipping.

This is the first time I’ve tried Pepper Asian Bistro and it was great. They had a buy 1 get 1 on the spring rolls and they were nice. The coconut chicken soup was wonderful. Full of everything but chicken but still worth it. The Mongolian eggplant was extremely good and a very large portion. The Thai tea was also nice, small but price appropriate. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Amazing for any time of day. It’s our go-to favorite Asian restaurant. We moved to Northern CO recently and still make the trek just to get the food. Service is always amazing, it’s clean, excellent date night vibes, and trendy feel. Highly recommend.

I live right across so I’ve ordered from them pretty regularly for the past 3 years. We order here at least 2-3 times a week. The Food is good but in comparison to the price It’s just not meeting the mark. There is no fried rice on the lunch special And they’ve recently increased all of the prices on their menu Again by $1. A side of noodles that was once about 5 dollars and some odd cents is now $7.50 before tax (no meat included). An order of fried rice with nothing else is now more than $15, even if you don’t add meat. I understand that this place gets good business and depending on who’s working the counter they have good customer service. However, the increase in pricing Does not include larger portions, or better quality. I just bought shrimp fried rice and this alone was almost $19. They used to be one of my favorite places, and now it may be time to find a new regular spot.

Pepper Asian Bistro II is a fantastic spot for delicious Asian food in Denver that won’t break the bank! It’s some of the best in town – you won’t regret going here! The service is always friendly, and we’ve always had great meals here. This time, we started with the Cheese Wontons and Chicken Gyoza, which were both excellent! For our main course, we shared the Sesame Chicken which had perfectly crispy chicken in a delicious sweet and savory sauce.

We’ve also enjoyed the Egg Drop Soup and Walnut Shrimp on other visits. Some of our other favorites include the Spring Rolls, Pad Thai, and Orange Chicken. Pepper Asian Bistro II has a wonderful atmosphere for a casual meal with friends or family, plus they offer takeout and delivery. Highly recommend!

The beef pieces were tender and cooked perfectly, could cut with my fork.
The vegetables were tender but not mushy. Good spices and portions.

As a discerning diner with a particular palate for Chinese food, I’ve explored countless restaurants in Denver, but Pepper Asian Bistro II remains my unwavering favorite. Its chic atmosphere, coupled with its exceptional culinary offerings, creates an unforgettable dining experience.

Two dishes that consistently elevate my dining experience are the Walnut Shrimp and the Happy Family. The Walnut Shrimp is a masterpiece – tender shrimp, delicately coated in a sweet and savory sauce, adorned with crunchy walnuts. It’s a symphony of flavors and textures that never fails to delight.

The Happy Family is a culinary favorite, featuring a harmonious blend of chicken, beef, shrimp, and scallops, stir-fried to perfection with vibrant vegetables. It’s a feast for the senses, showcasing the restaurant’s expertise in balancing flavors and creating visually stunning dishes.

Beyond the delectable food, Pepper Asian Bistro II offers a chic and inviting ambiance. The modern decor, soft lighting, and attentive service create a sophisticated atmosphere that complements the exquisite dining experience.

If you’re seeking a truly memorable Chinese dining experience in Denver, Pepper Asian Bistro II is the ultimate destination. The shrimp fried rice is also a favorite served with large plump juicy shrimp. They also do delivery when you just don’t want to leave your house.
