I come here quite a bit, probably more than I should because a love the chicken when it’s right. Unfortunately the experience that I have in this Churches is sad. My people!!. There is only one Manager that is pleasant every time I come here. I wish I knew her name. Sad to say the other managers seem to have a attitude all the damn time. You are always waiting on chicken, then when you order your food and pay for it, they go and try to make your order only to come back for them to tell you that they don’t have what you asked for and you have to wait 15 minutes. If you don’t like your job or dealing with people, customer service isn’t for you. Nobody wants to see your face all bald up when they are spending their hard earned money……

I usually have a pretty good experience but this time I was in a good mood and wanted their Thursday’s special 8 piece with 4 biscuits and 2 sides of butter corn.
I was told it would take 30 min to get a new batch of spicy friend chicken fresh.
After 40 min, was given the fried chicken but was told they were out of butter corn and would have to wait around 30 minutes more to get it.
I told them i can’t wait and asked them to give me fried okra and Mac and cheese for the inconvenience.
Guess what? They claimed to give me what I asked. I trusted them and didn’t bother checking the bag. When I reached home, I realized they never have me the honey butter biscuits

I ordered 10 2 piece specials on a Tuesday at 3 p.m. Got home and couldn’t even stomach the smell. The grease was very old and the chicken was very disgusting and tasteless. The food was not edible, my kids couldn’t even eat it. I had to throw it all away. I will not be back.

Stopped by here for the first time & decided to try a few things. Inside it looks brand new. The staff comes out regularly to clean up. The lobby itself is pretty small so you have to make sure to not block the doorway. It’s one of the few fast food chains in the area still offering dine-in.
The mini churros include a small cup of chocolate. Kind of spicy which is odd. Fried to golden perfection, but you taste more cinnamon than sugar. They are small & neatly packed so there’s very little mess other than what breaks off when you bite into them. There’s not even any oil.
The baked mac & cheese hits you with a tidal wave of cheesy goodness. It is perfection in a cup.
I was interested in seeing how the black pepper honey bourbon chicken fared. The crispy broiled skin lulls you into a false sense of security. The flavor comes in waves. First a blanket of sweetness from the honey then the bourbon slowly creeps in before it hits you full force with the spiciness of the black pepper. The half-chicken was beautifully moist as well. You’d be hard pressed to find better chicken. It comes with an airy biscuit that is also glazed with honey. The mashed potatoes were the least impressive though with a blandness that leaves something to be desired.
Overall this is one of the better Church’s chickens. The inside is remodeled & looks brand new. They even have people washing the windows regularly. The inside is pretty much spotless, no sticky floors, no gum, no oily tables & no homeless people. The staff is friendly & the manager makes sure that their customer service is on point.

That food was terrible. I ask for a leg they gave me a thigh. That chicken was Still Red and had all the brown stuff n the middle. Never again 1at and last time. My grand daughter had the leg and I hate thighs but I was hungry.

I haven’t been to Church’s in over 10 years so I decided to give them a chance. Instant regret. The chicken was not great at all and it was a bit deformed (wing & breast), the fries looked as though they were bathing in chicken grease all day (which were supposed to be “fresh” because I had to wait for them to cook), the corn was ok, and so was the biscuit. So I basically paid $10 for a biscuit and some corn because that’s pretty much all I ate.

I ordered the 10 piece leg and thigh family meal Special at $21.99. It came with 2 large sides and 5 biscuits. In addition, I purchased 5 jalapeño peppers for $2.99. My total was $27.67. The biscuits were ok, but much better when topped with extra honey and a little butter on the inside. The cole slaw was fresh, creamy, cold, crunchy and slightly sweet. It was absolutely delicious! Our mashed potatoes and gravy was hot, flavorful and also very good! I bit into the chicken and it had a nicely seasoned, crunchy crust. But while eating the chicken, I noticed the meat had a pink hue on the inside and red close to the bone. This chicken was NOT completely done! Disappointed but hungry, I had to put all the chicken in the airfryer. I didn’t want my family or myself eating RAW chicken. I live too far away to drive back to that location. But because of this experience, we won’t be back to this location.
