Order 10 wings for take out. We ended up waiting 30 minutes and when I called one of the servers she walked passed me and ignored me. She proceeded to go inside and tell one of the guys in the kitchen that “someone needed help up front” it is not busy at all. Maybe around 3 tables . Food is good, horrible staff. I got ignored and the guy told me that he thought I already got my food. I got home and they got my order completely wrong.

Got here at about 8:00pm and this was how empty it was. There was a 25 minute wait for some reason. Just me and my wife nothing crazy and we have no kids so we say screw it and wait in the truck. Get a text to go in. Get seated. Kayla was a wonderful server. Kept our drinks full and the food was good. I was going to let the 25 minute wait for no reason slide until our ENTIRE dinner the floor manager was closing down the section around us. Vacuuming for about 15 minutes of our meal. The vacuum was so loud me and my wife were yelling back and forth laughing. The headlight on the vacuum is one of those 2025 mega burn your eye out lights and was flashing me every other second. And it just made the entire experience pretty bad. We came out to get away from our kids and the commotion of our house chores anyways, it just wasn’t a great experience no hate.

Great food. The bartenders are very nice.Great customer service.Nice greeter.When you walk in the door they greet you.There’s always a young lady there when I come in.And the two bartenders that were there very helpful.The food was good.I never had a cheeseburger from you guys and it’s very good.I came there twice already, and I will come there.A third time and I have fun and they change the channel.When I asked to watch a different game on the t v that was very nice, they didn’t have to.So thank you bartenders

Over the Martin Luther King holiday my friend chose Buffalo Wild Wings as the place for us to meet for lunch. I had never been to one before and probably not a place I would normally consider going to. Located off a main road with several shopping areas nearby, we arrived around 12:30. It was relatively empty when we first entered and we were promptly seated in a booth. Prices are reasonable and they do have lunch specials. I opted for the Buffalo Cauliflower with garlic parmesan while my friends got the wing lunch special, which comes with fries. The food arrived quickly. While my one friend had asked that her wing sauces be split on her order, they weren’t. But she was told when the order was brought out, since it was their error she got another order of wings with the second sauce at no cost. I noticed the amount of fries on the lunch special wasn’t more than two mouthfuls. While our server was actually really great, I had to give them 4 stars for bringing out the check without asking if anyone wanted dessert. I’m not sure if this was because everyone didn’t finish their food or they wanted to clear the table. But just because people don’t eat all their food doesn’t mean they don’t want dessert. I had the New York cheesecake. This tasted exactly as I would have expected, but I could have done without the caramel drizzle. I didn’t see that noted in the description or I would have asked not to have it. My friends got the loaded ice cream. It was a smaller scoop of ice cream with ice cream toppings and what looks like large cinnaman toast crunch chips. The place did get much busier while we were there. I did notice moms or dads bringing their children there. Aside from the prices, I don’t think this is a place I would bring my children if it were just me and them. Definitely a sports bar atmosphere and the sound level on the televisions makes it hard to have a conversation. Children grow up fast. Don’t miss an opportunity to interact with them. Also, and this has nothing to do with Buffalo Wild Wings, egg prices are so high because we’re told there is not enough of egg producing chickens due to the avian flu. That being the case, why are all these wings available?

The wings were great although the lemon pepper dry rub I got were too crispy. They’d been left in the fryer too long I think. Their drink were excellently priced and my girl says the margarita was brilliant.

I always get the cheese curds, and man are they good. Was watching college football while eating so can’t complain about the atmosphere. Always have sports playing. Had a cheese burger and the onion rings and they were both delicious.

Update: Schedule ordered opening night NFL. Walked into 60+ people waiting on orders, waited 25 minutes after my scheduled pickup and then got refund. They should have been firing wings, boneless and fries as fast as they could, but seemed they were going order by order. Complete breakdown in operations. Need corporate surge training.
Update: Been here twice now and both times had the order messed up. First no fries and wings without sauce. Now I’m sitting on bench waiting for them to change out boneless wings for traditional on a 20 piece traditional value bundle.

The food here is awesome & reasonably priced! Can’t get over how delicious the nachos are!!! We ordered online when the restaurant opened & there was an hour wait for pick up, but it wasn’t a big deal. The restaurant is severely understaffed, so you can’t really blame the workers. The staff that is there is so helpful and friendly! Even though I’m sure they’re having rough days due to picking up the extra work, they are always courteous and give service with a smile. They are the real reason I’m giving 5 stars. I just wish the management would get on top of things so the good workers they do have don’t have to overexert themselves so much.

Ordered some hamburgers, wings, salad etc. The wait was 45+ minutes. Hamburgers were coated in grease, overcooked and tasteless. Wings were burnt and hard. Salad looked like it was taken from the same stuff meant to be used on the burgers and wraps. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.
