We had an awesome time at Racks Billiards in Sanford! The billiards setup was great, and the atmosphere made it super easy to relax, enjoy ourselves, and practice some skills. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time we stopped in — and we were there multiple times in just one weekend!
Our crew behind the bar was amazing — Gigi took great care of us on Friday and Saturday, along with Jordan, who was hustling as barback/server and super friendly the whole time. On Sunday, Eric was behind the bar and was just as great — he even let me know that Sundays are Service Industry Night, which I didn’t realize since I work at a billiards spot in Orlando. That was such a cool surprise, and I really appreciated the discount!
We even ended up grabbing some hoodies from their merch — couldn’t resist! My friends are billiards players who travel to play, and they were all impressed too. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to often!

Jillian who introduced herself as the manager was amazing. Not only did she break up an argument between two players. This woman did it without profanity but also very calm. This impressed me because theses guys were twice her size. But she definitely prioritized everyone else’s safety. Besides that episode, this place has always been amazing and we still continue to go. Knowing that there’s staff who don’t tolerate the unruly behavior of others. I totally admire that

Racks Billiards Sorts Bar and Grill is very nice. The staff is great, I was waited on my Jillian, which I was not aware was the GM was so very nice. I went in with NO reservation on a Sunday. I was put on the wait list with one other person ahead of me. It only seemed only a 20 minute. In the meantime, we spent our time at the Bar. Jillian was very attentive to our needs immediately. We got a table and ordered food, and it was hot and very delicious. I would recommend this Sports Bar and Grill to anyone. Everyone from the waitress to the people that prepared the food where very accommodating

Racks is the best place to play pool in CFL. And you should go on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night and have David make a pizza for you. I promise you will love David’s pizzas. No one makes them better, trust me. The wait staff is top notch! Angela is great and Kristian welllll he will keep you laughing at least (he is great too).

Service was great, the food was delicious, I was fully satisfied, and the price was affordable. A party of 4 with drinks and burgers was under $100. Fun games were available after dinner with darts and pool. It’s a smoke-free environment, so that made it even better for us. Music was not too loud, u can have a convo, but still feel the vibe. If you can handle spice, try the rack attack burger it’s amazing. If not, try the bacon blue cheese burger. My wife had the chicken sandwich it was tender, plump, and juicy, not an oz of dryness, best grilled chicken sandwich I tasted in a while. Our server was awesome even though she had other stuff doing she always checked in on us, I think her name was Nike.

Came in around 7 p.m. to play pool and was told there would be a wait, which was fine. We decided to grab some food while waiting. By 8 p.m., there had been no update at all—no text, no check-in, nothing—to let us know where we stood in the queue.
The hostess walked past us multiple times, smiling, but never once offered an update. I eventually had to approach her myself to ask how many people were ahead of my wife and me. She told us there was only one group in front of us.
Fast forward to 10 p.m., and we still hadn’t played. At that point, it was obvious the hostess was being pressured to skip people and let others jump the line. If you’re not part of a league or willing to strong-arm your way in, you’re stuck watching instead of playing.
I’m not sure who owns this place now, but the organization and fairness have completely fallen apart. What used to be an enjoyable spot has turned into a frustrating experience with zero respect for customers’ time. Go to Elevate to play pool its a way better experience!

Sundays are my go to spot here in Sanford. Luciano is actually the most amazing bar support I’ve ever met, he’s completely amazing and makes this place too tier! Jeremiah and Eric are great, I am in the service industry and honestly love coming here because of them. Their personalized recognition, commitment to safety of their guests, and just knowledge of everyone that walks in and what they want is the best concierge service, I will always come see these two after my week in the service industry and trust the cleanliness because of Luciano ! Great job guys, great management, and dedication to loving your jobs!!!

One of the best pool halls in the Orlando area—and in my opinion, the number one spot in the city. The tables are premium, pro-level, with tight pockets and excellent maintenance throughout.
It’s also one of the very few pool halls around with a legitimate kitchen, which is a big deal and really sets it apart. If you’re serious about pool and want a top-tier playing environment, this is the place.
