The little blonde girl and her he/she friend was so extremely rude laughing and holding up our drinks ( thinking I wasn’t able to see) and I’m wondering why, I take a drink and the drink is so bland and taste not like pumpkin spice at all it tastes like straight black coffee! then my other drink I ordered for my coworker had so much syrup that we shouldn’t even drink it today was a waste of money I spent 25$!!!!! I will NO LONGER come here ever again! Kids need adult supervision I guess.

Absolute worst fast food experience of my life. “Use the mobile app to get ahead of the game” no do not do that. I was forced to wait an HOUR in the drive thru. A hour for chicken nuggets with 2 kids in the car. Great job guys. Horrible service. Called to ask what was going on and got hung up on. I’m going to corporate about this. It’s an everyday thing at this location and if nothing changes hopefully they get shut down because they are terrible and the workers are garbage. Great job

We are on our way to the hospital, and they completely forgot our 38$ order. We’ve been sitting here for almost 20-30 minutes and had to show a receipt to get our order. Currently still sitting here as we speak. Never EVER come here. This mcdonalds should be ashamed of themselves.

Rachel in the drive thru 1:40 am on November 16th was the sweetest, kindest person in the world! My husband and I had the WORST experience at the taco bell down the road, and her kindness just made our nights so much better! Love Rachel keep up the amazing work queen!! Every single time we order, the food is wrong. We order off the app, and pick up in store, to make sure everything is at least there. Get home, theres still items that we asked to be removed. My wife is allergic to onions, yet there’s a mountain her burger. Get a chicken sandwich, and it’s literally just a chicken patty on a bun. No other toppings whatsoever. I gave 1 star because at least this time all the food was in the bag, just had every single burger wrong.

I don’t know why I keep giving this place chances. #1-The drive thru lady was rude to start, didn’t give me a second to order,and kept interrupting me. #2- ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup Xtra onions,and pickles, no mustard. I got a sad burger. 1 pickle, no onions, and ketchup. It is what it is and I guess complaining about it on Google makes me feel a whole lot better

High turnover seems to be an issue. If you order a protein and a drink, you may be forced to order a fry when the new worker can’t figure out the register. Inability to control multiple order lanes is another issue. Just because you should be next to order, does not mean they won’t skip you and move 3 cars from the other line ahead of you. I’ve left a few times when things went sideways. Customer service matters. My time and money are valuable to me. ‘We have a new manager’ is not an excuse. It’s acknowledgement of continuing issues.

This is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been too , always have to pull forward and wait even for one item. And I can’t count how many times they forget your order and you have to go inside to see what is going on !!! It’s crazy . On a different note breakfast employees are always fabulous and fast .
