I got tacos for my brother, my boyfriend, and I. I got carnitas which was pretty good I liked there wasn’t much fat in the taco! My boyfriend and my brother both got steak they enjoyed it. They did put some extra hour sauce at home but they enjoyed the tacos. They are a little on the blander side but I haven’t had pancheros in a while and wanted to try it out again.

Panchero’s has definitely become my go-to spot when I’m craving a burrito bowl. I’ve been there many times and the experience has always been consistently great. I usually order the burrito bowl and it never disappoints. The portions are generous and the ingredients always taste fresh. The cilantro lime rice, beans, and proteins are all well seasoned, and when everything is mixed together it makes every bite really balanced and flavorful.
One of the things I appreciate most is how fresh everything tastes. You can tell the ingredients aren’t just sitting around all day. The vegetables are crisp, the meats are well cooked and flavorful, and the salsas add a nice kick without overpowering everything else. It just tastes like real, freshly made food instead of typical fast food.
The restaurant itself is also very clean every time I go in, which I really notice. The dining area, counters, and prep area always look well maintained. On top of that, the staff is consistently friendly and smiling, which makes a big difference. Even when they’re busy, they still seem upbeat and welcoming, and the service is always quick and efficient.
Honestly, I think Panchero’s is way better than Chipotle. The quality, freshness, and overall experience are just better in my opinion. I’ve been here plenty of times and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience, which is pretty rare for any restaurant.
If you’re looking for a place that’s reliable, clean, and serves really good burrito bowls with fresh ingredients, Panchero’s is definitely worth it. It’s easily my go-to whenever I’m in the mood for this kind of food.

The Shelton Pancheros is my go-to when I’m craving a good burrito or burrito bowl! Everything always tastes fresh here and they pack those burritos full every time! They actually just remodeled too and it looks really nice. We went at peak dinner time and the staff moved everything along efficiently. There’s a reason why there’s a line at this place though, everyone knows it’s delicious! Honorable mention for the queso too, which is so addicting and a must-order every time!

I stopped by Pancheros in Shelton and was seriously impressed. The food was delicious and excellent value for what you get. The burrito was incredible — easily in my top 10 best burritos ever. It’s big, thick, and packed with fresh ingredients, including their out-of-this-world cilantro lime rice that ties everything together perfectly. They don’t skimp on portions, and everything tasted great and clearly made with care. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving tasty Mexican food without breaking the bank! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food here is great and taste better than chipotle while having the same prices. They make the tortillas in front of you instead of the bagged tortillas from chipotle. It’s pretty compacted place and is usually very busy.

Been coming here for a while now. I usually order my food and pick it up. Now on today, I found a hair in my food. I called them and the manager said he’s sorry and will make sure all staffs wear caps. Never eating back here again. Just be careful and watch your food. I switched from Chipotle and got a hair in my burrito. I mean the food is fresher, but a hair. Come on.

This burrito is like 2 pounds, I need 2 hands to eat it, the wrap was pressed before my eyes, the toppings are plentiful, the carnitas is delicious, they evenly distributed the insides so I get everything in every bite, they put a number on the wrapper so we know who’s is who’s…. AND they have blue chips!
20/10 would recommend. ❤
