Great service here in Roswell! I’ve never been to a Texas were we got seated immediately, service was so quick. We ordered drinks they got there in a few minutes. Food was there in under 10 minutes, great service. My chicken fried chicken was cooked right, my wife’s grilled chicken with mushrooms and onions had great flavor and was cooked right! I highly recommend!!

It is a comfortable restaurant where you can gather with family and friends and eat a variety of steaks, ribs, grilled shrimp etc… The meat is tender and well seasoned, so the steak was delicious. The shrimp, sweet potatoes, cup of chile, and buttered corn that came as a side were all delicious. The staff are all friendly and do their best, which make me want to come back again.

Well, we got to dine the same evening that their ‘favorite’ customers did, at the booth next to us. THEY got a LOT of attention, and we waited on our salad (didn’t even get it in time to get it eaten before our meal came) waited on more butter, waited on food boxes (while our waitress chatted AGAIN with our neighbors..
I really like TRH, I really like their food, and usually the service is excellent, but this gal forgot her job tonight..

We are passing thru Roswell on a trip to AZ. Hubby has severe allergies. We have to check every single time we eat to make sure nothing has changed. Last night Elizabeth was our server and Vandy is Service manager. Elizabeth snapped a picture of the rolls ingredients and showed us. They were fine (and delicious as always). Then Vandy came over and sat with us and went over ingredients on everything my hubby was interested in eating. The chef even cut a potatoe and made steak fries just for him without seasoning. We appreciated this so much. Texas Roadhouse has always been amazing wherever we stop! We know they will look out for his allergies! And the food is always so good!

Well, so wanted to love this place. I have eaten at several across Texas and Utah. However, nice, but nothing to write home about. The decor and ambiance was festive. The service was adequate but attentive. Granted just starting out in Roswell, I wanted to give a fair and honest assessment. The rolls and butter choice was delish! Salad, well, how exciting can a salad be, but tasty. The mashed potatoes and gravy were perfect and light. Now, the sad part, the prime rib was tough and cut wayyyyyy too thick!!! Doneness was cooked to my liking, but the prime rib, omg, YUK. Tasted like a piece of round steak and that is about how thick it was. No where near good. I did not send it back, but asked for a to go box to take home for a treat for the dogs. I am dead serious. I wished I had taken time to talk to the manager, but this is a chain restaurant. So, won’t ever get prime rib again there. But I saw lots of fun dishes I will certainly try when I go back or if I go back. Cattle Baron, not trendy, but they can cook a great prime rib. While not a terrible review, kudos to opening and operating a fun atmosphere in Roswell. That’s a plus. There was a great crowd there when I was there. Wait staff were pleasant.

Came here with some family to enjoy dinner. We love going to Texas Roadhouse back in Texas so it was great to see one across the street from our hotel. Lukas was our server and he did an amazing job and was very tentative to our party of 6. Would definitely come again

We eat at good restaurants. Prices are of no concern, we enjoy eating out. We tip our servers for a meal delivered as should be ex; drinks and appetizers with time in between then salads with time to enjoy them before our meal comes out FRESH & hot means or server will be extremely well tipped. But we were very disappointed wen we explained this to the server and when she saw we were done with salads and asked if we were ready for our steaks we assumed it would take a few minutes to have them cooked. But nope, she came back in less than a minute with warm hard steaks that had been sitting under a warming light ever since we placed our order. They were hard as jerky but ordered medium rare. It was the worst We paid for the salads & appetizers and wanted to leave it once did the server nor the manager who came to our table ask if they could have the steaks redone for us or if there was anything else we would like. This was a Saturday night and we had waited for about 45 minutes before being seated. So by the time we left we were still hungry but too tired to go elsewhere and wait in another restaurant line.

Texas Roadhouse is a very comfortable place to get a good steak and salad. A lot of folks love it for the sports screens and alcoholic drink specials, too. I just like knowing where I can go to get a dependably good steak. My husband and I both had ribeyes with mushrooms today, and they were delicious. I got a big Caesar Salad, too, and it really hit the spot. Their raspberry iced tea is delicious, too! Oh, and how could I forget the cinnamon butter on those fresh rolls!!!?!?

After a long day exploring parts of Roswell, I was in the mood for a good bit of steak. And what better place to come, than Texas Roadhouse! Had never visited one before, so was keen to try it out. The atmosphere was great and luckily, although it was busy, i was seated by the friendly staff quickly and with ease. Had a lovely server, who was attentive and checked in often, with how I was doing. Decided to go for the filet medallions, which were cooked to perfection, along with the baked potato and fresh vegetables. What a dinner, I was absolutely STUFFED!!! I didn’t have room for dessert, but the meal was fantastic! Although it might not be the one in Roswell, I definitely look forward to visiting another in the future!
