Recently went to Outback because it had been a few years and we used to go all the time. Service was great, so friendly and the restaurant was clean, not really busy for a Sunday evening. We sat down right away and ordered the bloomin onion and it came out piping hot and was delicious. Next were the salads, they were good. Then we got our entrees. Steaks had good flavor, although my husband’s was a little tough. My kids shared the hot wings, which is normally their favorite food, but one of them wouldn’t even eat them so I tried them and they were terrible, rubbery and chewy. The sides were also terrible. I had asparagus which had a weird flavor, not fresh and my husband had broccoli and it tasted weird too, like bland and maybe frozen a long time. Needless to say, we won’t be going back anytime soon, especially with the comparable restaurants nearby that might even be less expensive!

This might have been the worst experience I have ever had. The waiter was nice but not very good at his job. The house salad dressing tasted nice it had dish soap mixed in with it. The blooming onion was small and so salty we couldn’t eat it. My wife’s steak was 30% grisl and the waiter was more interested in telling us about him self then asking us if we needed anything.

All employees were pleasant but disengenious. I’m visiting Colorado from NJ.. Took my aunt to Outback and ordered Filet Mignon and lobster with loaded baked potato combination. The second our plates touched the table I advised our waitress that these were not Filet Mignon steaks..they were flat and the actual meat was different. She said the cook “ironed them to be long and flat”.. I then got up and found the manager who came over to see for himself and he insisted these were Filet Mignon steaks. I acquiesced because I don’t like to send food back… We should have left.
I came back later and got a 100 refund.. but I felt it necessary to sir this publicly.. why? Because I feel we were intentionally slighted and insulted. Here are the pictures that I took.

Everything was fantastic! Our server Cody was attentive, engaging and fun! He answered all of our questions and spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect! The steak sandwich was one of the best I’ve had and the new happy hour is awesome!

Logan was fantastic from start to finish. Charismatic and friendly, Logan is the kind of server we all look forward to when we go out. Very attentive but not intrusive. 10/10 would recommend coming to this location.

I want to give a huge compliment to the entire staff at Outback Steakhouse, including the manager. Every time I visit, they go above and beyond to make sure the experience is excellent. From the warm welcome at the door to the attentive service at the table, the team is always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring.
The manager sets a great example, making sure guests feel valued and everything runs smoothly. It’s clear the staff takes pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of service. Thank you for consistently making each visit enjoyable—I truly appreciate the effort you all put in!
