WOW . Well one star because zero wasn’t an option . Headed to Austin and wanted to just stop and grab something fast . When placing the order friendly was not on the menu but that’s ok ! Ish .
Then we went to get sodas and not only was that entire area beyond filthy , ALL the sodas were flat , very flat , so my husband went to the front and they argued but filled it and it was just fine . And last but not least , this is the dirtiest Restaurant I’ve ever visited in my life . Ever . We had to clean our own table to sit and eat at , the trash was overflowing everywhere out of the bins , food and drinks were everywhere. It was really aweful . Also they didn’t have napkins or any desserts . ( not a huge deal I gues ) but still . Walmart across the street for bread and bologna would have been a better option . Wow , so disappointed

Stopped in for a bite passing through town. My oldest kid was about 40 miles behind us on a bus back from a game so we had a few minutes to kill. My youngest had to use the restroom so we went inside and ordered a 6 piece nugget happy meal and a home style burger meal to go at 5:20 pm. Three people came in after us and all received their food before us. After the 3rd, I finally asked when I could get my order and they stated they were waiting on our nuggets. One of the people that got their order before us said, “oh, that’s bull, I ordered nuggets too. Sorry.” Not his fault. By this time, I watched my oldest son’s bus who consistently drives 10 mph under the speed limit pass by while I’m still waiting on my food. Finally, at 5:52, the girl calls my number and thrusts my food at me like I just ruined her life or something. At least the food was hot and correct, even with my flat Dr pepper to accompany it. Definitely find somewhere else for fast food because there was nothing fast about this experience. Except my driving to catch up to the bus carrying my kid.

they were oddly busy this weekend and people seemed flustered. the lady who was cleaning tables and dining room though was very nice and was putting people at ease and conversing. she needs a raise like yesterday. that level of service in fast food simply does not exist anymore.

The service was slow, there was no ice or paper towels in the bathroom. There was no tea. One of our orders was missing a happy meal and no one at the counter to assist us. On top of all that they had to remake a burger cuz it had a hair in it.

Fountain drinks from the dining room were all flat. Most of our order was incorrect and mismatched. Dining room was dirty as were both restrooms. Found 1 table that was the least dirty to sit at. Cluster of school aged kids (not customers) taking up most of the dining room laying across the tables like it was some sort of afterschool daycare. When manager was asked to remake one of the burgers, we were met with eye rolls and “what now?”. I get that not everything can be perfect, but when most everything is in this bad of a condition, it suggests that no one there cares. It was definitely a wow moment and not in a positive way.

It sucks! The service sucks! The wait is extremely tooooooooo freaking long. You cold just order a drink and it’ll take forever. They’re always out of stuff. The restroom needs a deep clean. Shut it down re-train and deep clean.

Air conditioning was out. 80 plus degrees outside so it was hotter inside than out. The guy at the register was so nice but you could tell he was flustered. I would give this place a one but decided on a 3 because he kept his head up and soldiered on inspite of short staff and sweating from the heat.

We came here after coming to shop and honestly they seemed understaffed. Stood in line for someone to take our order and never got acknowledged. Turned to ordering on the kiosk instead. They had no tea in the lobby, the chicken nuggets we received had been old and refried. Nasty flavor. Only thing fresh was the fries. The ac must not work in this place either the lobby was musky and kinda warm. You win some you lose some, I’m not sure if this is a frequent thing at this location.

All around probably the worst place I’ve been to now. It’s been a steady decline of rude workers and food that should have the restaurant closed down already. I’ve gotten food poisoning once here and almost again after I had gotten a burger with undercooked bacon and patties just recently. The workers are snappy and don’t give a care to customers anymore.
There had been a time my boyfriend and I went and ordered and they decided to tell us no cash when we got to the window. The guy was snappy and rude even as my boyfriend was trying to be understanding. We ended up not getting our food and just leaving.
Don’t waste your money or time here. Seriously.
