While dining at Freddy’s today, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and the general manager. Highly recommend this restaurant. The cheese curds are a must go-to item on the menu they were hot, fresh and delicious.

What kind of chicken club is this? I think it’s missing a bit. My husband got a Freddy double and he said no onions or pickles and got nothing but cheese on it. Waited in drive through for a minute and got some bunk food. Don’t waste your time!

Just went for custard, which was pretty good, but the service at the drive-thru was incredibly slow. Probably took 5 minutes for one car in front of us to go, then waited at the window for at least 5 more minutes once we got there, at least 15 minutes total and it wasn’t even busy!
Employees were friendly at least, but no idea why things were so slow, maybe a staffing issue.

Typical fast food fair. Had the crunchy fish sandwich and single steak burger. Both were fine. Fries are shoe-string which were good. Concrete shakes have several optional ingredients like m&ms, brownies, etc. (nice that they offer a mini size). Service was fast and friendly.

The customer service here is outstanding. Delores could teach a college class on customer service. She’s so pleasant and remembers when you’ve been there more than once. Tried the prime rib hamburger. For that one, mix fry sauce and ketchup for maximum bang. Also tried a turtle concrete with bananas & marshmallow sauce instead of nuts. Different, but delicious.

It was great experience fron the friendly,prompt service, was impressed by the younnstaff which all seem to love their job. Glad to see such a young crew proving the typical bad experience may not always be the case.
The hamburger and fries were amazing not to mention the shake was creamy and delicious. I will be stopping more frequently,defi ately better burgers compared to the hype chain new in the state.

Got a large fry that as half empty, asked for the smoky fry sauce and was given jalapeño fry sauce. Litterly EVERYTIME I go here they mess up some part of the order, and seeing how I only went for fries and a shake… and i got a hot fudge malt shake, its litterly white snd tasted like vanilla with these smallest amout of maybe chocolate, came home and put it down, my bf picked up thonking it was his and gose ” did you really just get a vanilla shake ” This is insane and $20 for this is also crazy and a rip off

I will start by saying that I LOVE Freddy’s.. WHEN the burger is done right. When I lived in Littleton, Freddy’s was a meal 3-4x a month. Since coming to Longmont, that has dropped to 3-4 times a year. When I go in and sit down, no issues, (it’s almost like they know to make it right when I don’t leave.) but I don’t have time to sit in often, or why would I be getting fast food? So the drive thru, or to-go orders are often the avenues I choose to get Freddy’s. Every. Single. Time. I end up DRINKING my burger because whatever condiments I choose are overwhelming the meal. (Coworker mentioned in the truck “did they use enough mustard?” Because he could smell it across the cab with windows down.) This time, they chose to also only give me HALF a thing of fries. Like they knew I wouldn’t notice til I got where I’m going.
Unfortunately my 3-4 visits a year will have to be at an out of town location, because I can’t even enjoy THEIR burger in my living room. Rather have baconater anyways.
