Went here for a shamrock shake and collecting the current toys. I love the toy hunt and this location did not let me down! They remembered to add the toys to my happy meal (yes I’m an adult) and also let me purchase additional toys. Services were quick and accurate!

I went here today to get 2 things which is easily simple. I got the spicy wrap meal and a spicy delux chicken sandwich. They did the wraps correctly but the sandwich only came with the chicken and little sauce. Didn’t even have lettuce or tomatoes on it. Not what it looks like even being on door dash or the app. Fix your work McDonalds. I get food there so often and you all of a sudden can’t do the work? Get new coworkers.

This McDonald’s location is a bit of a mixed bag. The staff is hit or miss—sometimes super friendly and efficient, other times not so much. Unfortunately, it seems like the orders are often a bit scrambled or confused, and I’ve had multiple occasions where my food, especially the fries, have been cold. That said, they *do* correct mistakes when they happen, which is appreciated.

One issue I’ve run into is that it sometimes feels like the place is a bit mismanaged. The staff can appear lost at times, and I’ve had moments where they’ve left the phone off the hook, making it impossible to reach them. There are also times when the attitude of some employees isn’t as friendly as it should be, especially when mistakes are made.

That being said, **the military discount of up to $5 off (50% off your order)** is a fantastic and generous perk, which I really appreciate. Plus, there are also some genuinely hardworking and kind individuals working here who make up for the occasional misstep.

In short, while this McDonald’s has its ups and downs, the good moments—especially the discounts and a few really nice employees—help balance out the less-than-ideal experiences.

In the drive thru for 15 minutes & the person who took our payment through drive thru was overwhelmed & didnt even swipe our card & then practically threw it back at us & closed the window. We pulled up & they gave us our drinks & had us pull forward. A girl came out & said we didnt pay. When we went inside, we said the guy at the drive thru was struggling & the manager on duty swore at us, saying he wasn’t. The drive thru guy then came up to the front, crying & apologized. It was by far the worst/craziest experience.

So last week I got over charged for $5 breakfast meal 2 hash browns $12 . Wrong sandwich and missing hash brown. Had to go inside to fix it and cost me being late to work. Now October 9th they messed the whole order up so went to go inside and door was locked and people were inside eating. Ordered once someone let me in. Then get out to the car and was missing a hash brown. Lock door again. This is horrible and don’t waist your time with this location

It seems like every time I go to this location there is some sort of problem. Most of the time you sit at the drive through speaker for at least 5 minutes before they acknowledge that you are there. Other times you sit for 20 minutes while waiting for your food. Or you have the experience I had today where they took my money but did not give me my food. Even with the confirmation from the app and the receipt on the app, they refused to give me my order. One star is way to generous for this place.

I ordered from the mobile order this morning and my food was uneatable. My sandwich was burnt and hard. My French vanilla iced coffee taste old and burnt even though I asked for extra vanilla. My young child’s piece of sausage was missing some of it and his egg was chopped up all over the place. I’m very disappointed in my experience this morning. You can’t get ahold of anyone at this location because the phone is always busy.. so I’m bringing it to everyone’s attention to be aware. We come to this location all the time and we have more bad experiences than usual. There is always something wrong with our food or they always forget something. Its becoming a problem!!
