My wife (and our family) absolutely LOVE Eddie V’s and this is her FAV restaurant. Last night was our 4th year in a row celebrating her birthday at the restaurant. All the food was perfectly cooked and executed. The cocktails were excellent and good pours. Our server, Darko, was excellent (very friendly and attentive). The ambience was perfect with live music and we could talk w/o having to scream. They comped 3 “Birthday Desserts” for our party as well. We’ll be back next November (if not sooner).

Absolutely loved Eddie Vs! The food and service were 10/10! We ordered the NY strip, lamb chops, truffle Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and the honey sriracha brussel sprouts and all of it was cooked perfectly! Compliments to the chef – the best fine dining I’ve had in AZ! Can’t wait to come back again ! ❤️

We went to Eddie V’s Prime Seafood to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and as always, it was fantastic! This time, they really went above and beyond. When we sat down, the table was already decorated with birthday confetti, and there was a handwritten card signed by the staff — such a thoughtful surprise!
After our delicious dinner, they brought my boyfriend a beautiful dessert. Then the manager came by to check on us, which is typical at Eddie V’s, but he also gave us a $50 gift card for our next visit. In today’s economy, that’s an incredible gesture.
It’s these little touches that make experiences memorable and keep us coming back. Thank you, Eddie V’s — we’ll be back soon!. Just one suggestion, add to your menu bake potatoes

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic dinner and evening at Eddie V’s in Scottsdale last Friday evening. It was our anniversary and the restaurant went out of their way to make the night special.
Our table was decorated with confetti and a “Happy Anniversary” sign which was signed by the staff. We were greeted and congratulated on our anniversary and led to our table. Our waitress, Shelly L., introduced herself and congratulated us while offering a glass of prosecco on the house. A very nice surprise.
Our dinner was at a perfectly relaxed pace and was delicious. The entertainment was a live lounge type band with a singer. The ambiance could not have been better for our anniversary. The staff made our evening as enjoyable as possible and the kitchen didn’t disappoint with our dining experience. They provided a special desert for us which was amazing too.
I highly recommend Eddie V’s for anyone who wants a fine dining experience without breaking the budget.

We came to Eddie V’s to celebrate my husbands cancer remission and it was easily the best decision we’ve ever made. The staff was so warm, and inviting the second we walked in. We felt celebrated and special and ontop of that the service was impeccable. Our server Tony was the most attentive server we’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The food was nothing shy of incredible. 100/10 recommend the lobster bisque! And all of their signature drinks are classy and very well presented! For a fine dining experience, Eddie Vs exceeds all expectations. Not to mention their live music is impeccable both times we’ve come here. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience, excellent food and atmosphere then look no further! And when you go ask for Tony to be your server! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you for the amazing experience to celebrate such a wonderful occasion. We’ll be back! 1000/10 recommend. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Came here for a combined birthday dinner and was very impressed! The atmosphere was amazing, our server was exceptional I wish I had gotten her name. The food and drinks were incredible! They had even put a happy birthday card on the table that was signed by the staff, I think that’s such a nice touch and was so appreciated. Will definitely be back soon!

Eddie V’s Prime Seafood in Scottsdale, AZ, hosted a corporate dinner for 25 guests, providing an elegant fine-dining experience with an exceptional seafood and steak menu, complemented by a cocktail lounge featuring live jazz. Valet parking was readily available for $11.00, and we received a warm welcome and escort to our private dining room. The classic steakhouse ambiance and highly professional service staff ensured attentive yet unobtrusive service; their presence was seamless and perfectly timed. The food arrived flawlessly paced and prepared to perfection. We extend our appreciation to Manager Richard Schumacher for his well-trained team and for taking the time to greet us. I would give the service a TEN!! The Chilean sea bass,center-cut filet, and truffle mac and cheese all received high praise, with all guests thoroughly enjoying their meals. The evening was a resounding success, leaving everyone in high spirits and deeply appreciative of the exceptional dining experience. I highly recommend Eddie V’s Prime Seafood and eagerly anticipate our next visit.
