The quality can vary a bit from day to day but when they get it right, it’s tough to beat. I usually get a burrito and soda and I have to emphasize that their soda is exceptional when the machine is functioning correctly. Also, if you’re looking to maximize your portion sizes I recommend ordering in person as they tend to put slightly less food in the online orders.

I received a gift card for Chipotle. Never have been; I was intimidated to go tbh. The staff Sat. 12/27 around 7:30 p.m. was friendly, and omg their burritos are HUGE. This is after I was almost done. I had a good experience. I suspect during peak times, the parking lot can be stressful. I lucked out.

I love Chipotle, but the standards at this location are abysmal. Being one of only two locations in the Metro East area may have led to the impression that “anything goes.” However, over the last few weeks I have walked out several times and spent my money elsewhere rather than accept subpar food or service.

On weekends in particular, they frequently do not have vinaigrette, not because they ran out, but because staff say they “did not have time to make it.”

It is also common to watch workers slide bowls and burritos through food waste across the counter. By the time an order reaches the register, there are piles of cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and other toppings all over the bowl and bottom of your paper bag. No one wants various food items smeared across their order. At best it is very unappealing; at worst it raises concerns about sanitation. Please, do better!

I was the bus driver from Bliss Charters and had the baseball team from University of Findlay . It was really packed before we arrived and when we arrived they were so fast and courteous very polite and kind. Thanks to everyone and your attitude and personality for serving all of us in a timely manner.

The staff are friendly and efficient, but at 3pm on a weekday there was a line out the door. The employees did their best to help everyone quickly, but they ran low on so many things that customers had to wait. Great job to the staff for working so well under pressure.

The boy working at the front of the line today where you order your food was despicable. Aside from the fact that he looked both dirty and like he was under the influence of something and could barely keep his eyes fully open, but kept his mouth agape the entire time he made our food. He was very rude to everyone who came through the line, including my 15 year old daughter. He told my daughter “no” with an attitude when she asked if he could put queso on a quesadilla (which is fine, but he didn’t have to be rude about it), his area was covered in food from him dramatically handling everything he touched, and he looked like he’d rather be anywhere else. He was also rude to his coworkers when they asked him for something. Unacceptable customer service. Two stars for the two ladies after him who were putting on toppings/handling cash out were lovely and polite. Not only should he not be the first person you see/speak to when you enter the building, but he really should find a job somewhere that’s NOT customer or food service.

This is hands down the WORST Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Don’t even waste your time here. You’ll wait 45+ minutes in line for small scoops, TERRIBLE customer service, and extremely mediocre Chipotle. So disappointing coming from other locations. Management clearly has no standards or control over their employees. Employees are using their phone in front of guests- which isn’t a huge deal- until you’re handling guests food and opting to not change gloves. Line of 20+ people and employees are ignoring guests, on their phones, and getting themselves soda. Just terrible honestly.

It’s nothing new that Chipotle is inconsistent, but nothing quite compares to this location. Whoever the staff is who makes the rice gummy and overcooked, please stop giving them this job. If you order online, do so at your own risk because despite selecting the ingredients you’d like in your order, you may/will probably get something completely incorrect (what’s the order slip even for at this point?). And, let’s not forget that when you do go in yourself, the assembly counter is a complete mess 98% of the time and there’s definitely other ingredients floating in others where they shouldn’t be. Hopefully you won’t be allergic to anything cross-contaminated. I get being busy bit this a basic food service don’t do. Definitely sucks that this is the only location in our area but a reminder that time doesn’t seem to help how crappy this location is.

I couldn’t give location five stars because I went here two times in a matter of about 2 weeks specifically to try the new sauce and each time they say they’re out.

It’s disappointing to see the new sauce promoted all over TV, social media, and even on the in-store menu boards yet it’s never available. That’s misleading advertising and a frustrating experience for customers coming in for that item.

Update: Stopped by again a week later and the sauce was finally available (in full supply). Appreciate the correction, hopefully it stays that way for customers who come specifically for promoted menu items.

Ordered pickup online. Walked in to get said order after getting confirmation that it was ready and it wasn’t on the shelf thing where it said it would be. Went over to where the door dash orders were thinking maybe it was in there and it wasn’t. So got in line because no one was paying attention after getting up the register 15 minutes later I got my order because it was behind the counter. Why have a designated pick up location if you’re not going to put it there.
