Prices are unreasonably, high, their food. This is like it was rush wrapped and cooked and the size of their burgers are so small. It’s like getting a to go burger from the grocery store that fits in the Palm of your hand but costs like 8 to $10.
The service was nice, though. The atmosphere inside could use a little work.But what can I say it’s a fast food restaurant, you probably don’t get paid much except minimum wage, so can’t exactly blame them.

Absolutely Terrible Experience

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This Burger King is an absolute nightmare. Nikita Yelding greeted us with a scowl on her face and immediately said, “You can’t bring that dog in.” When my wife explained that the dog is a service animal protected under ADA, Nikita’s response was, “I don’t know what that is.” It’s clear she is completely uneducated on ADA laws. And it doesn’t stop there — the manager, BJ, was just as rude and unprofessional. Both of them acted completely uneducated, especially regarding ADA rights. Refusing a service dog is a federal violation, and while they didn’t outright refuse service, their attitude and lack of respect were appalling. This place is a disaster. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Violent and angry workers were irritated that I asked for a replacement milkshake for my inconvenience after I’ve eaten from a moldy bun. With no idea of how much I have eaten I simply accepted their false apology and would have continued with my day.

Tonight at 12pm I got my food from this location, the employee taking my order rushed me after she believed o was finish with my order(she assumed I was finished). When I got to the window she never acknowledged me, she was laughing and holding conversation with her coworkers. She gave me my drink still never acknowledged me and when I got my food still laughing with co workers stilll again did not acknowledge me and say have a good night at least she just shut the window. I’m not one to usually leave reviews but customer service is trash and much as I would’ve liked to have told her thank you, her rushing me and her blatantly rudeness was enough for me to barely acknowledge her as well all I did was smile. All in all customer service and people skills need work.

The minor that was doing drive-through tonight April 12th 2025. He kept my change he was ignoring us. He didn’t give us ketchup. He didn’t give us napkins. He didn’t even ask us if we wanted that. “If you never worked fast food before you can’t say nothing to me” is what the dayshift manager needed to say bc i wanted more sauce for an 8pc. I have worked fast food even as a manager but i never cared how many sauces they needed. What you DIDNT hear was me ask your cashier for extra sauce at the register. Also mentioned i’d pay for it THEN if i needed to. Basically there was no need for your lips to be running other than taking my 50cent & “i can get that for you”. Do better lady, customer service is key.
