Chanced upon this place very close to our hotel in Bayamon. Small local place, and the wait staff were very friendly but didn’t speak much english (which is a good sign for authentic food).
The food was authentic and absolutely delicious! Prices are very reasonable as well.

We ordered our food 50 minutes ago and I’m writing this as we are still waiting at their table. Can’t speak for the food, but their non-responsivness explains enough about their work ethics and the overall quality. Our past hour was well spent in hunger. UPDATE AFTER FOOD: It was really good and was worth the wait. We ordered two dishes that contained grouper and octopus, respectively.

Walked into this place on a Saturday night with my family to be sat in a far corner and forgotten about.
Water never even came around.
Bathroom was disgusting! Water on the floor, no paper towels, smelly!

The food was good, but for $25 I expected a steak that was more than 1/2 inch thick. It was too thin to cook properly and was well past the medium rare that I ordered. The seating was outside on a very busy street, but it was mid- afternoon, so later might have been quieter. The server was friendly and paid just enough attention to us. I would go here again.
