The green Chile is definitely hot. The fries were good. Had a green Chile cheese and single chicken strip and Pepsi. The lobby was clean . Drive thru was super busy, so lobby was a good wait. Coming back to give them an opportunity for 5 stars across the board.

I have been coming here for many years . Drive thru always friendly people . Except today . The lady kept interrupting talking over us making excuses etc that the system won’t allow her to place an order Until we told her what we wanted to drink. So when we got to the pay window, she was still making excuses so I told her that we have been coming here for many years even when Julian owned it even with Cesar was here even a few weeks ago, and we have never ever had that issue. She was not remorseful. She never said sorry. Please do better.

The chili cheese fries were small for ordering a large. The lady at the counter indicated it’s the same plate they just flip it to make it a small. This is definitely the worst experience ever. I use to love this place. Let me not get into the tacos honestly. The pictures below were after I ordered on line and 3 minutes later. Not fresh at all. It seems like they were just trying to get rid of what they already made and someone else didn’t want. What a waste of my money and time to drive up there for this!

Chile is nice and flavorful but I was not happy about the portions. The footlong barely had any chile and looked really sad and whitered, and I also ordered a giant chile burger with cheese and it was the size of what looked like a child’s burger. I hadn’t eaten here in a while as my usual is Bob’s Burgers and honestly the wait was very long and the portions size really disappointed. Had I not checked my order they would have forgotten my taco burgers also. The girl left the window as soon as she gave me my food so I had to honk a few times to get someone back to advise them I was missing some of my order. Get it together if you want more patrons. Location I visited was Central/Old Coors area.

This location likes to close earlier then posted closing time. I got here again at 8:20pm and they already locked up. Definitely good food, but closing at random times sucks.

Food is amazing, but my god everyone besides the cooks needs to be retrained. Regardless of the time or day, anytime I ask for a side of chili they forget it. I don’t even want to think about how much money was essentially stolen from me before I learned to check my bag.
This was my recent order where I was in a rush and forgot to check. The two sides of chili in the pic are standard with the west side sliders. I asked for the chili that goes on the burgers to be put on the side, and I didn’t get it.

Ordered 3 chili dogs, get home & was given 3 plain hot dogs. Usually eat there 2-3 times a month & don’t have issues until now.
Tried contacting them to see if I can get my order remade & there is no number listed for contact. Don’t know what kind of place doesn’t operate with a business phone number.

Went with my friend and her food had a bug in it and they deadass told her it was just burnt bread DIDNT KNOW BURNT BREAD HAD LEGS! Was a whole roach And while she was telling the manager about it (who didn’t do anything about the situation) an employee was behind them cackling about it Check your food before eating, stay safe
