I recently visited McDonald’s in Carteret and had a great experience. The staff greeted me with a smile and took my order quickly. I ordered the hash brown and chicken biscuit sandwich, and both were cooked perfectly. The hash brown was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while the chicken in the sandwich was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The biscuit was also moist and added a great texture to the sandwich.
The dining room was clean and well- maintained, with plenty of seating options available. I appreciated the ample parking space as well. Overall, I had a great experience at this McDonald’s location and would definitely recommend it to others.

They have a great team of workers. A woman name Monica helped my son while he was having a nose bleed. She gave him water and waited for me to arrive. She did her due diligence as a leader. She deserves a raise!

I come to this place every day and never gives me my order right I order nuggets for mi kids and they ask me what kind of sause for no reason because never put the sause on my bag or ad the things that I ask for my order and charge me for it they need a better manager and retraining all the staff in this location do you think that is fair to pay $13.00 for a order and get your burger like this and to end it the burger it was raw

I know this isn’t the only place where this has happened. I used the drive through but that does not mean I should be getting my burger this way. The cheese was somewhere else, the patties were somewhere else and look at the sauce. I got this as a meal and I didn’t even get a packet of ketchup or salt or nothing. I was in rush so took my food and brought it home to eat it. Sad very sad

Hands down the best McDonald’s in the area! They finally started staying open later, which is a game changer. The food is always fresh and hot, and you can tell the staff actually care about getting your order right. Everything from the fries to the burgers always hits. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving McDonald’s!

I actually ordered from this McDonald’s through UberEATS more than once. Every time I order, my food is prepared exactly how I requested and the bags are perfectly packaged with care.
