Worst service ever. I waited for 2 mcchicken and large fry for almost 25 min. Sometimes I get it , it might be busy but has happened more than 8-9 times. The cashier girl don’t even know about taking payment and taking drive thru. It would be early if I went to some restrauant and eat rather than this location bcz it’s faster and employees would be nice. Don’t expect that from here never going back

I come here all the time. Great service sometimes It could be a longer wait due to how busy it gets which I understand. But I have seen how impatient and disrespectful people get towards the workers if they are at the counter waiting longer than a minute. Usually it’s the old people talking to them any type of way. Very classless

Went through the drive thru and ordered a happy meal and paid for an upsized drink with the meal. At the second window, was handed the upsized drink which was about 3/4 full. Requested them to top it off and was handed an extra small drink???? After stating I paid for an upsized drink, the employee filled the correct size cup but then intentionally spilled the soda on my arm as I was reaching for it. Then held the happy meal box just out of my reach while talking to another employee inside the restaurant, obviously trying to be difficult and not allowing me to grab it. This was a horrible experience and decided NOT to give the meal to my son in fear he did something to it. Will not go again to this location. Super rude employees. Waste of time and money. Avoid this location.

The food at this McDonald’s is okay most of the time. Unfortunately, the service ruins the experience. Expect to wait 10+ minutes in line, and even longer in the drive-thru or inside the store. Orders are often incomplete, and the staff has a consistently poor attitude. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the service continues to be slow and careless. I keep stacking these “inconvenience cards” from repeated bad experiences… how many more could they possibly give me?? I don’t even want to redeem them. Avoid this McDonald’s unless you have time and patience to spare.

Disappointing customer service. Yesterday, I observed the manager arguing with a door dasher as orders were being filled very slowly and customers were frustrated. That situation should have been handled much differently. I will avoid in the future.

Waited 20 minutes for a burger with cheese and bacon and a sweet tea, they gave me a plain burger and a regular tea. Just skip this one and go up the road to the one by best buy

You never really know if you’ll even be able to eat there because they’re closed or closed early or always waiting an extended period of time for cold food. Online says they close at 11p, the app allows you to order til 10:30p but when you go they actually tell you they close at 10p! Airway or Kauffman McDonald’s is always a 10/10!

Fully incompetent staff. Ordered our meal, pulled up and they left out a whole burger. Drove back around because that burger was incorrect. They took back the burger and said they’d just throw it in the trash. Pulled up to the final window to be told to wait in a drive through spot for one burger to be made correctly. Now we’re sitting just waiting for our food to be cold.. this location just needs to close.
