Successful 6th birthday party. We had tons of space with the last 3 lanes compared to being put into a “party room”. I don’t want my pizza lunch served at 10:15am.. other than the lunch, the kids had a blast!

Took my husband for his birthday . We had a very large group and only 12 was bowling. The VIP SECTION WAS GREAT CHOICE. The drinks and bartender was great . The food wasn’t bad but we could tell they were understaffed and overworked. The manager did come out and apologized but no accommodations were offered. Other than that we had a great time. We will be returning but might eat 1sts . This was 8/16/2025

We had a great time. We enjoyed the drinks and food. Colin was an attentive and patient bartender. The teenagers had a great time and had lots of choices of things to do. Good calm atmosphere. The food was a bit slow but maybe we don’t always need to be in a hurry. A good place to relax and have fun with multiple ages in the group.

The staff and the general manager (I think) that was walking around with the mascot were so amazing. My family and I had the most wonderful time playing games and bowling. Will definitely be back and recommend this place to others.

Great spot for bowling! We’ve been loving the 2 free games per day deal. The arcade has plenty of fun options, though the cards cost $3 plus extra for points. We always enjoy picking our game style and screen setup. The rental shoes are also really well taken care of—clean and comfy!
Only downside was at the start, we had to watch one employee clean with his back to us waiting for another employee (maybe the manager) to come check us in. On the bright side, no unnecessary tipping prompts for just bowling, and the food and drinks are fairly priced with some nice daily deals.

I visited Stars and Strikes recently and had a great experience overall…most of the staff were kind, helpful, and pleasant. However, I had a very disappointing interaction with an employee named Robyn which is a manager.

Her demeanor was rude and unwelcoming, and she did not provide basic guest service. She walked up to my booth and said, “what’s the issue?” with no greeting, no professionalism, and no effort to assist respectfully.

I’m very upset because customer service matters, and her attitude stood out in a negative way. I hope management can address this and provide additional training in guest service, because everyone else was great.

We came on Wednesday afternoon, they had a special going on and we had fun, we had the whole place to ourselves there was barely any people. I really enjoyed playing with my family. The food was good the wings were okay but overall had a great time!!

We had our company event there on 01/28. When I visited the venue to see if it would work for us I was a little skeptical at first, outside the building isn’t very appealing; however inside definitely made up for it. The staff was amazing. Everyone made things so easy. From booking until after the event. I can’t express enough how amazing everyone was. We will definitely be back!

Extremely disappointing and misleading experience.
We were charged $92.00 instead of 52.00 without being told that today was “Unlimited Tuesday.” Only after paying did we find out there was a supposed promotion—and when we asked about receiving the discount, we were told we had to ask for it because it was a “social media thing.”

That’s unacceptable. Promotions should be clearly communicated at the point of sale, not hidden behind social media and withheld unless customers know to ask the right question. It feels deceptive and unfair, especially when staff are aware of the promotion but choose not to disclose it.

Good customer service is about transparency, not technicalities. This experience left a bad impression, and we will definitely think twice before returning.
