The saddest bacon fries you can pay for. I try to send a complaint online because I ordered via web, but since I don’t have a receipt I can’t even start by putting the restaurant number. So I’m not ordering from Wendy’s. Rather deal with a local burger joint when I can yell at the owner and he/she can yell back at me; you know the human interaction we all need.

The food was cold/old and there were missing items. My mistake waiting until after pulling away to check. A line had formed behind me, and it was too long to drive back through and ask for the missing items/fresh fries&nuggets. It’s been about 6 months since I’ve gone here and it was a waste of money, same as always.

I usually don’t do this, but I had an incredible experience at Wendy’s today that I just had to share. There’s this amazing woman named Jade who went above and beyond for us. I know I’m not the most frequent diner, especially with two kids, and a single mother, But today, we decided to give Wendy’s a try, and Jade was nothing short of exceptional. She was incredibly compassionate, empathetic, and understanding. I’ve never met such a beautiful and caring person. I even called Wendy’s customer service and gave them a review, mentioning Jade’s name and location. It’s amazing how kind someone can be to a complete stranger. The food was hot, fast, and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back to Wendy’s and recommending them to everyone I know. Especially because of her! ❤️

11/2024 – I have to say, that ghost pepper ranch sauce for the nuggets is worthy of Rick Sanchez going nuts over McDonalds szechuan sauce. Its that good! Yumm and will be back just for this!
2018 – Good fast food. Always quick with consistently good service. Seems to have a high turnover rate of employees but they always seem to have good people here.

Was told they weren’t taking mobile orders in the drive thru and I’d have to come in. Came inside and sat for 20 minutes. No one addressed anyone at front counter. Everyone there was dragging there feet and moving at a snails pace. They only had a couple orders on their screen, but yet everything took way too long. The staff clearly don’t care about how they do their job.

Went thru Drive thru. Cash only. Not a problem except nothing was hot. Lukewarm fries and burger buns weren’t even warm And of course Chocolate frosty machine broken.
