Immediately rude upon interacting with me. Too busy for customer service? I managed to say “excuse me” to her before she snapped and cut me off. Told I had to wait, as customers were in line in front of me. I already waited in line… and got my food… and came back and waited in line again…. for her to tell me to wait for people who came after me. 25 mins after my original order I finally got the other half of my order and was able to enjoy it with my now ice cold fries. I’m not sure what is more bitter, their sweet tea…. or their service. Both disgusting. I don’t believe this woman belongs in the service industry.

We were looking for a late night dinner after a very busy day exploring all Asheville has to offer. We got off at our exit and to our surprise, we were excited to see a sign advertising a 24-hour McDonald’s. We drove by and we were met with a dark obviously closed McDonalds. Please fix your advertising so others are not disappointed.

It’s McDonald’s so I’m rating it against other McDonald’s. It would be a five star but some rare occasions I have had to wait at the drive thru speaker for a little while before someone says something. Other than that the staff is friendly and I haven’t had any mistakes on my order. Not much more you can ask for.

Ordered breakfast in drive thru, paid and pulled forward, asked for an extra pancake syrup the young server at the window looks around at the female manager who then comes to the window and yells at us “we charge for that” instead of politely telling us it would be 31 cent extra…. Then she states in a hateful manner AGAIN we charge for that…. Like we do not have the money to purchase an extra syrup.

All of the bathroom trashes are over flowing all over the floor. All of the tables, especially in the kids play area, are filled with trash so there is no where clean to sit. Employees pass the messes by when getting customers their orders but don’t do anything about it. This place is a sty.

Bro how do yall forget syrup for a big breakfast with hot cakes. I was one of two people in the drive thru, so I know there was no rush. There were four people at the window watching and nobody said anything or noticed it because they were just standing around jabbering. It was literally the only thing I ordered. It really feels like every time I come down Brevard Rd and try to get something to eat, it always gets messed up. Stop focusing so much on shoving everyone through the line as fast as possible and actually get the orders done right the first time please I’m so tired of this happening so often. Just pay attention to what you are doing please.

Night shift workers must be forgetting to put their brains back in their head when they come into work. My food is almost always wrong when I go to this McDonald’s at night. They love acting like deer in headlights every time you announce your order is wrong.

It just took them not one, not two, not even three, but FOUR times to get my order right! Yes, my drive through order took 42 minutes to complete! This is why McDonalds is only my last ditch go-to to eat something but I could have called in an order at Longhorn, had real food, and probably had less wait and certainly less screwups.

We ordered in the app so there is no refunds. You have to go through your credit card company. There are some fast food restaurants which will not allow you to order something that they don’t have available. During our latest visit to this McDonald’s, we ordered a large box of chocolate chip cookies, two blueberry pies, and three ice cream cones. First, they came out and told us that they had no cookies available. So we would have to go to the credit card company to get a refund. Then they substituted pumpkin pies for the blueberry pies. My daughter is allergic to pumpkin. She didn’t look at it. Just took the pie out and took a bite of it. Luckily she spit it out. Again. We could go to the credit card company and get a refund. When the ice cream cones came out the mix wasn’t right. It was melting down all over the cone and one of the ice creams actually fell off of the cone. It was so watery. No apology from the manager or anyone else that worked there.

If I could get zero stars I would have I’m just going to say this my son is in a wheelchair and needed some food this morning My daughter ordered it on her app and I paid for with my credit card which I’m in Tennessee and he’s in North Carolina The staff there was very rude to him told him that we could never do this again that he couldn’t buy food like that again The service was well if you have to deal with somebody and then screaming at you or being hateful with you and for you to try to get something to eat and you in a wheelchair I don’t see if that’s a great thing to be doing to somebody I’m leaving this review on here because I’m not in the town which is thank God because I would probably be going to the buncombe county jail for the way that the staff it’s at the their treated my son and my daughter on the phone and treated my son and him in a wheelchair and handicap I will be contacting corporate I will find out who owns this place and I will find out who you was this morning and how while you talk to my son the way you did and made my son feel the way you did and I will make sure that you lose your job maybe try Burger King
