Food is not like other McDonalds. It’s poor quality. The service isn’t good. The restaurant is dirty. Placing your order is an effort. It’s like these people don’t care because everyone is a tourist. I always thought McDonalds was the same no matter where you went. Not here. They’ve got to step it up.

Terrible service. The workers talk badly about customers in the back, they think they’re getting away with it because they speak Spanish. The managers are incompetent and unfit for their positions, extremely unprofessional. The orders come out wrong. Get a grip, it isn’t that hard to get the orders right.

It could have been cleaner for sure but I understand I visited during a rush hour at the same time. The food was one of the better McDonald’s I’ve ate at, I could compare it to the quality in park city and feel okay. The fries were fresh hot and crispy, and the burgers were all clean and well made especially for a food rush. All together I was pleased, I have and will be back when I am back in town. Not only because its one of the only places quick and easy but because its the better place as well. Skip BK and just go to McDonald’s if you’re in Dover, trust me!
