I had a very upsetting experience at the drive-thru between 8:15–8:45.

The cashier caused me to drop my money, and instead of apologizing or helping, she laughed at me. I felt embarrassed and disrespected. That is not how any customer should be treated.

Customer service should include basic courtesy and professionalism, and this experience fell far below that standard. I hope management addresses this situation so no one else has to go through the same treatment.

I asked for a chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise ONLY LETTUCE NOTHING ELSE and they purposely put cheese when it was supposed to be plain with lettuce so they do no good at all

So all I wanted to eat was a breakfast jack with a hamburger patty. First, I got a sausage patty in a container. I drove back and told the shift Claudia of the mistake. She had a new one made for me. Unfortunately, it was made with the sausage IN the sandwich this time. I called and spoke with the shift Claudia, and she remembered when I asked for a hamburger patty. I unfortunately was already on the 99 towards LA and could not go back. She made it up to me the next day when she made one for me the way I like my breakfast jack……with hamburger. Thx Claudia !!!

VIP *Photo #1 and 2 are Not of the Union Location. But indeed is of the thermostat and proof of what the temperatures were, and yet continued to have employees workin . Doors shut and no kind of ventilation for two days out of the week that I worked, as well as two days I was off. I was the one that finally fixed it after checking and finding the thermostat had no batteries in any of the 3! Does any one know of this should be considered a health hazard?

Photo #3 is of a bill board made that from what I can see, Only has My Name a missing on it? Even though some of the workers who’s name is included started working after me ? I’m having trouble finding a logical explanation for this ? Can any one help me ?

I normally never have a problem here but today was just irritating the moline was extremely long and I literally spent half my lunch waiting in the drive though line. When I get to the window my order takes forever to come on so when I honk they finally bring out my food and this is how I get my lunch.

My bag drenched in grease and I ordered a sandwich that should not result in my bag covered in grease. No to mention how do you not see this when you put the good in the bag. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered a BACON ultimate CHEESEburger plain with ketchup. The proceeded to give me a burger with no bacon or cheese.

I ordered Nashville Hot chicken, they gave me plain chicken.

I ordered a jumbo jack, they gave me another burger with no cheese or anything.

They have done this multiple times. Do not go to this one, just go downtown instead.

These guys are terrible at getting orders correct. It’s not that hard to fully cook the chicken. And it definitely not hard to tell the difference between curly fries and tacos. Up charging people for bacon and then not even putting bacon in the damn burger and then they don’t give the receipt unless you ask but then deny your remakes because you don’t have the receipt… It is absolutely absurd and I worked for kitchens for ten years and I understand the life but there is no good excuse for giving out half cooked chicken..
