Ordered the boneless wings on the HUGE part of the menu. They no longer have them. Ok- order a Jacks spicy chicken sandwich…Pull up to the window and ask for buffalo sauce and ranch. Worker starts tell me they can only do it for fries. I don’t mind paying the $1 for sauces. Finally get my $11 CHICKEN sandwich and it tastes like fish!! Not hot fresh crispy fish! But cold nasty 3 day old disgusting fish!! They was no one else there. I would happily wait for something edible!! If you won’t eat it don’t serve it!! If you don’t like your job get a different one+

When we walked in everyone was all smiles! It was a hot day and we had just gotten done driving through thr mountains, and exploring so we needed a place to eat. The child had suggested this place, he wanted to try it since everyone talked about it so much. The service was great! The gentleman who took our order was very nice. Big beautiful smile on his face. We felt welcomed and comfortable. We sat at a booth to enjoy our meal in peace before hitting the road again on our explorations.
The food to me was ok, I’m not a big burger fan but the child and hubby loved it.

theres a reason why we do not do jack n the box unfortunately my kids wanted a snack so i tried one door and it didn’t open so we went around to the other door and it didn’t open either so i looked at the hours just to make sure and i peered in the window and the place was completely empty.all of the sudden this lady opens the door and snottily and rude as the day is bright said you could just open the door. then she just as rudely said just use the kiosk. it was enough for me to tell my kids who wanted to sit no no we’re not welcome here we need to leave as soon as we get the fries and we got those fries and left quick.
i already do not care for clowns and the service just solidified this is as much of a joke as its mascot. some may like it but its definitely not somewhere you need to drive out of your way to go to. the next time we’re in the area we’ll just go to lil riccis.

I love Jack in the box food I always have since I was a kid It’s nostalgic for me I guess so the food’s always good but when I was in there the other day there was one person working the window one person in the back and then one person at the front counter and it wasn’t busy inside but it was a busy drive-thru but there was only one guy in myself inside and they must have served 20 people out the window before they even tried to come in service but they were like busting their ass so hard like I couldn’t do anything but cheer him on so that’s all I got to say

The app charged my credit card, but said payment failed, and didn’t put the order in. The staff’s solution to this? A shrug and a, “Contact your credit card company.” No apology, no offer to just give me the <$5 worth of food anyway, no offer of contact information for someone at the company who could resolve it. Just a rude instruction to issue a chargeback.
I guess I’ll do that, and then never return to a Jack in the Box.

This is the 1st time I’ve had bad food since this Jack in the Box 1st opened. I ordered the tacos and two of them were so greasy they were inedible. The picture attached wasn’t the worst one. That one was puffed up and had a pocket of grease. It was dripping everywhere!
I’ve been getting these tacos since 1977 or so in California and these were awful! Someone missed a step or two. That was after being rushed through the ordering in the drive thru when there were no cars in line behind me.

Would NOT recommend. This is what I received when I paid $3 for an order of curly fries. Disgusting. The male at the drive through couldn’t answer a question about whether the chicken in the tacos was dark or white meat. He could only say ‘its just regular chicken’ but couldn’t explain what “regular” chicken was. SMH.

employees and managers are stupid as hell and cant put up a sign when their drive thru is closed. instead we use the genius idea to block passing lane and drive thru when cars some cars cant reverse ! filed a complaint with the county about fire hazards, next time i’ll call a tow truck for impeding traffic.
