I ordered ahead on the mobile app as I was trying to get some food on the way to work. Pulled up to the intercom and was told to drive up to the pick-up window. Waited for about 10 minutes before I went back around and mentioned no one had brought my food yet. Was told to go back around. Nothing still. Went inside to check and see what was going on. No one wanted to attend me, just kept getting a cold shoulder. Manager came to ask me what was going on and I mentioned my mobile order still had not been brought out to me. She picked up a bag and handed to me, so the food had just been sitting there collecting dust. I was visibly irritated so this set off the manager and she cursed me out saying it wasn’t her job to help me. I left as I was already late for work. Inexcusable behavior and lack of professionalism

I do not recommend this place one bit. 9/10 times I come here, I have to come back and have them remake my food correctly. Its annoying and unprofessional. Its not hard to read a screen and do exactly what it says. If it says no onions, dont put onions on it. Plain and simple.

Food at this McDonald’s is normally not to bad. Stopped here after a concert and took 27 minutes to get through the drive thru from the time I pulled up with only one vehicle ahead of me. Ordered to get the monopoly pieces and instead of a 10 piece nugget they gave me a 4 piece and a 6 piece rob ing me of a game piece. Nuggets were not hot but fries were fresh. Wish the service was the same here every time you go.

The service is absolutely terrible. Gone there twice with a group and have messed up orders both times. I genuinely don’t understand how you can get such a terrible group of employees. It’s fast food I don’t have high expectations and it’s still disappointing.

I ordered 2 meals inside to go. I waited 25 minutes for them . When I got my food finally I opened it in my car only to see my fry’s were half full tried them to find out they were old . I was upset and just left . One I got home and opened my bacon double cheeseburger I also seen no bacon. Terrible service today

Awful place, service takes FOREVER. Stood there waiting for someone to come out for like 15 minutes. Last time we went they had like 4 workers and they closed on us telling us that they have nobody but i think their workers are just lazy slobs who hate working. Some guy saw us waiting there and just instead went to go eat food at the tables and not do his job, this has happened multiple times at this location. And the little workers that are there just focus in the drive way and theres people waiting in inside too here!!
