Can’t believe it took me so long to come in here and see what it’s all about. Wife and son and I came in for dinner on Monday night at 530 for dinner. Not slammed or busy. Quick service, kind service, fast ordering and short time for food to hit the table. Even got to talk to the owner of 21 years Chef Nino. What a great guy! What amazing food! The Chicken Cacciatore is fantastic. One of my all time favorite Italian dishes and they nail it. The bread bits and house made marinara are spot on as well. My wife loves her Joe’s salad and raved about the house dressing. My son crushed what he could of the lasagna and ate the rest later on that night. I can’t wait to come back for a lunch special now. Prices are great for the portions as well.

Over the weekend we held a celebration here for my grandmothers 89th birthday, we had a large party of 10+ people. The food was amazing and our waitress was wonderful. She went above and beyond for our family and made my grandmother feel so special and extra loved. I cant say enough good things. 10/10 from start to finish!

Best Chicken Piccata I have had in a long time. The chicken was very moist, although I personally would like it better of If was breaded and fried. The taste was still spot on. I ordered extra sauce. The salad was beautiful and delicious. I wasn’t super impressed with the garlic knots or the sauce with it though. Awesome atmosphere and service.

Food/Service is always I’ve tried a range of dishes across the menu. They’re never cheap with portions, can’t even count the amount of times I’ve ate here NEVER had an unpleasant experience.. not even a hiccup man. I’m leaving SA so will no longer be a resident, only felt proper to dine and review on the way out.

We waited about 15 min then asked for our bread and suace after we had already ordered, we ordered a chicken Florentin and a Alfredo pizza slice. They came at the same time. The Florentino had absolutely no flavor but it was very beautiful. I added salt and lots of pepper and took out the chicken due to the bad flavor of that alone
My daughter said her pizza was fine and didn’t finish it. How.you see the picture of the food is.how I left. I couldn’t get myself to eat it.

Our waitress was great but food was not good, got the meat sauce with my pasta and it had zero flavor plus the pasta was way over cooked. Do do not get the meat sauce, ended up sending it back and apparently the manager still wanted me to pay for it instead of coming up to me and apologizing or offering another dish or possible to remake it even better. I will not be going back

Traveling thru San Angelo and stopped at Joes. The BEST meal we have had in a very long time! The pasta combo and parm chicken were out of this world. Best marinara I’ve ever had. Thanks for a fantastic meal!

Just left got regular spaghetti. They were looking at me weird like I didn’t belong. And when I got my spaghetti she just handed it to me for me to leave even after I order eat in. Very bad customer service and very rude employees if you go here just beware they do be nicer to the richer

I loved the hot rolls they brought, and the server was certainly on her game today! I of course chose the chicken Parmigiano, and my friend had this stuffed goodness. We both loved every bite, and even brought home the leftovers! Great job Joe’s I have now found my Italian restaurant!

My brother told me about this place when I told him I was going to be passing through San Angelo, and the last time I was here I I sought it out and I was very pleased. So this time I went there for dinner when I arrived in town and my pleasure continues to be unabated. The service is good, the food is excellent, that which I’ve tried so far, and I will definitely be back. And especially nice point is that the portions are a decent size, not an over amount and not a paltry “boutique” amount. And, the prices are reasonable for value received. Eat at Joe’s.
