I’m 38 weeks pregnant and have been craving my usual order a lot lately. My husband and I have been in twice in the last week and ordered once on the app. The first time we went they forgot to put his Walnut Shrimp in the container. The second time we waited in line for over 20 minutes while orders piled up. The third time when ordering online, they either lost our order, gave it to someone else, or just simply didn’t make it. I will always love their food, but I highly recommend using the Bosque location. Loop 340 seems to be a little loopy

Asked if we wanted to donate after ringing up the food. We responded with no And saw on the receipt later that they took the donation anyways. We usually look forward to Panda Express but for some reason the food and service was not good. But to steal a donation is just insane! Pay attention to your receipts. Super Greens (½): Clean, simple, and somehow comforting. Cabbage, kale, and broccoli steamed just right—not wilted, not raw. Just enough snap to make you feel like you’re feeding your body and not just your cravings.
Honey Walnut Shrimp: Now this right here? This was the falsetto—high notes of sweet honey, buttery walnuts, and thick, plump shrimp that hit like a velvet chorus. They gave these shrimp room to shine. Big, golden, and generously glazed. This was not background filler. This was center stage.

Don’t order from here from you want to wait 45+ minutes for your food. I have picked up a dozen orders from here and have NEVER had an order that was ready in less than 30 minutes. Absolutely extremely slow service here. Slowest restaurant ive ever been to. Eat literally anywhere else. I dont understand why this location is still in business…

If you love a variety of Chinese food, panda express is a GREAT option! Not the ma and pa Chinese food I grew-up on, but taste and varieties can’t be matched anywhere else in my opinion. In my last visit recently I noticed that the portions severed were much larger, where it was the server or something new? But left very pleased as usual!!

I love panda and eat at other pandas all the time. Tried this one today and the fried rice was very bland. The chicken in both entrees was undercooked compaired to all the other locations I normally eat at. The person that helped me got frustrated at me because i did not tell him quickly what entrees i wanted because I wanted to look at what they had. Very rude. I will avoid this location in the future for sure.

I went to Panda on 5/5, ordered two plates, it was busy, and they had to cook the items that I had ordered, I waited almost 15 minutes, got the food, came back to my office, my coworker, didn’t get what he ordered, chow mein and beef and broccoli servings were not normal, and one of his entrees was completely missing and you can see from the picture it was never in the box. I called back immediately, no answer, for hours, no answer, for days no answer, left feedback per the receipt, requesting manager to call me back, no reply.
