Didn’t even get to order any food there’s one car in front of me took them 10-15 minutes to order I pulled up to order, they tell me to wait, “one minute ” so I waited 10 12 minutes with no response pulled around the drive-thru nobody in line no cars waiting. Its those people with that mentality have to be costing These Chains so much money and loss of business. I’ve been going to that Wendy’s for 20 years now and I will never go there again after that. It’s one thing when they’re actually busy completely understandable to have to wait but not a single customer in front of me having to wait for 20 minutes before I finally just left. Should file a complaint but this will do, Not that it even makes a difference.

The fella that waited on me was so nice and so friendly and I don’t know how to pronounce his name so I just called him D.
I asked questions and he knew all the answers and my food was really good and my caramel Frosty was even better. Thank you D for being so kind.

Food: The breakfast baconator was amazing. Got 2.
Service: The lady behind the counter was very sweet. Chatting us up. The place had one other guy in at 10 minutes to 11 am.
Building: The place is pretty big.
Bathroom: the bathrooms are clean.
Parking: Parking is easy.
Notes:

This has to be the most inefficient fast food restaurants. They help one car at a time meaning that car orders, they pay, pick up food before next customer is acknowledged. Then they want to be argumentative on top of the 20 minutes you’re waiting before you can order

Burger was so crispy and clean. We ordered one large fry to charge and 2 jr bacons each. I will say this. They must have new management. We didn’t come for so long Becuase we got food poisoning twice last year. So glad they cleaned up!!! The hard work and effort in the management and crew is really showing !! Keep it up moline team! ❤️

The manager was very rude and does not have good customer service. We came here an hour before they close and she told us where we could and couldn’t work. She was yelling at her employees about her having to pee (which was said very loudly). A customer was at the counter and she said “are you going to get him? Good because I have to pee”. The bacon also was not cooked how it should be. It was basically raw.

Customer service is so hard to find these days… so I was very very impressed when I stopped at Wendy’s in Moline for lunch and everyone was so nice and customer attentive. It was a very refreshing change from other eateries. Food was fresh and hot and I was so impressed! Wendy’s will definitely be getting all of my business from now on!!! Thank you to all the employees!! It means so much!

Good food one morning and now we go and eat breakfast again from there the fries were cold and the sandwiches for sloppy made but the biscuits and gravy is the best of all I wish I could figure out why they did it this time that way they always had good breakfast I give it a minus at D+ today

Did not go in today. So this is going off a previous experience. However, I can tell you when we do go here and I visit once a week for the grilled chicken wrap and the new Taki’s chicken. It’s always good.So far, it’s not been a disappointment!
And I don’t know who made our food today, but whoever the cook was that took that order, it was between 1130 and 12. Well, they definitely need a raise because it’s been a while since i’ve had food that good, especially from wendy’s !
